Couldn't get it to work in the end. I tried experimenting and copy pasting the entire gbuffers_entities.fsh from his shader (I know, I know, he forbid it) but the entity colours didn't come out right in the end so I just reverted it to what it originally was.
No matter. Pretty soon I'll be uploading a testing version of my shaderpack. It's a major update to one of mine already released, and it takes advantage of several new features introduced in OptiFine shaders to fix some issues that were there for years! The bouncing paintings and item frames? Those entity shadows that looked wonky? Those are done for now. And also, a few customisable options! So, something to look forward to.
The cause is the removal of the feature from vanilla MineCraft, due to how customizable models were implemented in... 1.8, I think? It was originally togglable in vanilla MineCraft through setting graphics to "fast" or "fancy", which is what OptiFine would force on its own so you can mix and match fast/fancy rendering with different things, but with the lack of a vanilla feature of it now, it doesn't do anything anymore.
and dont forget about the weather2 (localized weather mod) bugs where the particles turn into lava and water textures! good luck man you are awesome where is my diamond...

Is the texture full path "assets/tconstruct/brownstone/road.png"?
Had to go back to HD U C2 (1.10.2) because mobs and other things (like moving minecarts) were going invisible with C3. Quite unnerving in the Nether when Ghasts seem to disappear and you think they despawned, only to find out the hard way they're still there and just invisible [Boom!].

Yes, invisible only sometimes. Things that move blink in and out, but sometimes remain invisible for extended periods. Not specific to any particular mob. Pretty much anything that moves (passive mobs, hostile mobs, minecarts).
This is a bug and it should probably be fixed.
The real color name is "light_blue" as shown in the debug screen.

Couldn't get it to work in the end. I tried experimenting and copy pasting the entire gbuffers_entities.fsh from his shader (I know, I know, he forbid it) but the entity colours didn't come out right in the end so I just reverted it to what it originally was.
No matter. Pretty soon I'll be uploading a testing version of my shaderpack. It's a major update to one of mine already released, and it takes advantage of several new features introduced in OptiFine shaders to fix some issues that were there for years! The bouncing paintings and item frames? Those entity shadows that looked wonky? Those are done for now. And also, a few customisable options! So, something to look forward to.

Hm, I just changed my name from AnakinPlays to xxAnakin, and my cape is not showing up.
Checked the website and it sais it is under the 'xxAnakin' name. Cape is enabled in Skin Customization.
What should I do?
The cape is active on "xxAnakin", restart Minecraft to see it.

Curse PremiumDunno if a bug, or not yet implemented, or syntax has changed ... but, I am trying to update a resource pack from 1.7 to 1.10 and trying to get ctm to work for mod textures.
Below worked in 1.7:
matchTiles=tinker:brownstone_smooth_road
With the mod update for 1.10 and changes in its architecture, as far as I can tell, this too should work for the same texture/image:
matchTiles=tconstruct:brownstone/road
However, it isn't. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated. BTW, I am using C3 ... the most current version.
Is the texture full path "assets/tconstruct/brownstone/road.png"?

Curse Premiumassets/tconstruct/textures/blocks/brownstone/road.png is the full path. From what I recall though, textures/blocks is assumed, in the scripting?
Of course, "textures/blocks" is by default.
Had to go back to HD U C2 (1.10.2) because mobs and other things (like moving minecarts) were going invisible with C3. Quite unnerving in the Nether when Ghasts seem to disappear and you think they despawned, only to find out the hard way they're still there and just invisible [Boom!].

Yes, invisible only sometimes. Things that move blink in and out, but sometimes remain invisible for extended periods. Not specific to any particular mob. Pretty much anything that moves (passive mobs, hostile mobs, minecarts).
Where would I find the error log?
