When I use a shaderpack like Seus Shaders 10.1/10.2 Ultra or Sildurs Vibrant shaders extreme, my chunks are loading extremely slow and delayed.
So I'm walking in void pretty much and it takes a while for the chunks to load.

my performance settings:
Smooth FPS: Off
Smooth World: On
Fast Render: Off
Fast Math: Off
Chunk Updates: 5
Dynamic Updates: ON
Lazy Chunk Loading: Off
My Render Distance is set to 24
Changing these doesn't do much.
also no matter what texture pack I use.
I also allocated 8GB of memory for Java.
I doubt that my Rig is too slow to handle this because I never had these issue even with a slower PC.
CPU: i7-3770K
GPU: GeForce GTX 980 TI
RAM: 16GB DDR3
OS: Windows 10 64 bit

1. a ctm-ability for water and lava. It doesn't exists, because it is not rendered like other blocks, but it would help me to make my pack(s) more better, (BetterDefault which is optimized for Optifine).
2. a new connect-to-type which allows you to connect textures by tags in the model eg. sandstone:

5. render the full-solid-pixels of transcluent-rendered-textures backwards after the cut-out-layers before the rest of the pixels to allow a better cauldron and eg. a brewing-stand with transparent bottles.
6. allow ntb-models and 3 tintindexes for cauldron to colorize them.
7. please let me discover the ctm-files in the jar to know which ctm is by default instead of code-generated ctm. eg. the normal glass-ctm is too tiled because the reflection-pixels are not rendered in the edges of the blocks.
8. make the glass and glass-panes transcluent-rendered by default please.

The resource pack has an invalid lightmap.
The "assets\minecraft\mcpatcher\lightmap\world0.png" is 64 x 128, the allowed sizes for lightmaps are N x 32 or N x 64 (https://bitbucket.org/prupe/mcpatcher/wiki/Lightmaps).
The 32 high lightmap has sky light and torch light, the N x 64 has additionally sky and torchlight for nightvision.

Better Mycelium is already part of Better Grass.

When I have Optifine installed, my hotbar starts being weird
When a item is not selected in my hotbar, it becomes transparant

In the version of Optifine on optifine.net for 1.9 I Randomly get 1-5 second lag spikes, Any Fix?
Which "Exact" version of Optifine are you using... 1.9 - A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B1???
Also, in the launcher, what is your "-Xmn" JMV argument set to???
I noticed a texture bug involving:
leather_layer_overlay_1
leather_layer_overlay_2
If you color leather armor, these two textures disappear. Here's a few screenshots for it:
I'm using The latest version of both Optifine and Forge:

I'm not sure whether it due to forge or Optifine, but I remember a similar issue in 1.8. Just wanted to mention this.
Also, the entire player model is covered in the glowing effect instead of the outlines.
