So I copied the crash report that Minecraft made it self and copied the option list that Optifine makes. the only thing that it dose not show is that I applied Multi-core function. My graphic card is AMD Radeon HD 6770M, I know it says to turn off the Hyperthreading in the graphic card. how ever I can't find it on my mac. I am thinking that this might be the problem as when I tested the mod after about 30 seconds of just exploring the map it suddenly just showed open sky and then crashed.
If you think I missed some thing in my report let me know please.

It's not something with your graphics card it's something wrong when you installed the mod

1. Install any mods and api's first
2. Then install Optifine to the minecraft.jar
I noticed that the Recommended version of Forge is now .430, yet the OP states compatibility is only for version .408. Will it cause a problem now since one of the shared files between Forge and OptiFine (il.class) has changed between version .408 and version .430? I have a ton of mods and want to be sure that I don't break anything.

Using Forge 430 with OptiFine D5 may cause problems, as there are some new features in #430 that will come with the next OptiFine version.

There is no conflict.
Both OptiFine and BTW are complex mods and modify many base classes.
The best way to avoid base class conflicts currently is Forge (open source, ModLoader compatible, etc).
Generally every mod that is based on Forge should be automagically compatible with OptiFine.

So I got it work now with out crashing. I forgot to remove mcpatcher from the minecraft.jar file
Funny tho I would see 120+ FPS with MC Patcher and now with Optifine I only see 60 FPS and it dose not go any higher.

That means you're getting a perfect framerate that matches you monitors refresh rate.
You lucky !
120 fps is completely unnecessary, because your monitor can't refresh it's pixels that fast, and your eye can't even see movement that fine anyways.
If you want your full fps, try changing your performance settings to max fps or balanced (120fps max.)

ya I know that my eye can't see any thing faster then 35+, I just find it funny. Ill be tinkering with the settings and see what is going on. I think it has to do with the fact that the temps get high and it forces my Graphic card to slow down. To me I don't care to others it might just drive them crazy. well time to let my computer cool off and do a temp test to see if it is making things slow down. I know I don't have Vsync on.

So I copied the crash report that Minecraft made it self and copied the option list that Optifine makes. the only thing that it dose not show is that I applied Multi-core function. My graphic card is AMD Radeon HD 6770M, I know it says to turn off the Hyperthreading in the graphic card. how ever I can't find it on my mac. I am thinking that this might be the problem as when I tested the mod after about 30 seconds of just exploring the map it suddenly just showed open sky and then crashed.
If you think I missed some thing in my report let me know please.

Using Forge 430 with OptiFine D5 may cause problems, as there are some new features in #430 that will come with the next OptiFine version.
There is no conflict.
Both OptiFine and BTW are complex mods and modify many base classes.
The best way to avoid base class conflicts currently is Forge (open source, ModLoader compatible, etc).
Generally every mod that is based on Forge should be automagically compatible with OptiFine.

Funny tho I would see 120+ FPS with MC Patcher and now with Optifine I only see 60 FPS and it dose not go any higher.

Lol, you have Vsync on.
That means you're getting a perfect framerate that matches you monitors refresh rate.
You lucky !
120 fps is completely unnecessary, because your monitor can't refresh it's pixels that fast, and your eye can't even see movement that fine anyways.
If you want your full fps, try changing your performance settings to max fps or balanced (120fps max.)
ya I know that my eye can't see any thing faster then 35+, I just find it funny. Ill be tinkering with the settings and see what is going on. I think it has to do with the fact that the temps get high and it forces my Graphic card to slow down. To me I don't care to others it might just drive them crazy. well time to let my computer cool off and do a temp test to see if it is making things slow down. I know I don't have Vsync on.
