The "High" theme Dokucraft texture pack would not load any grass textures in A3, and it would cause my game to hang with no crash report. In A4, it still kills my game (this time immediately upon loading, I don't even see the level), but now I get that crash report!

When I look around or when I break blocks, the world flashes and when those flashes occur I can see through blocks. Is this a current bug or is there something to do with the fact that I have Rei's minimap installed as well?

The option "Video Settings -> Chunk Loading" switches between Standard, Smooth and Multi-Core chunk loading. When using "Chunk Loading: Multi-Core" make sure to Disable "Threaded Optimization" / "OpenGL Threading" in the graphics card control panel (example). For best results disable it globally, not only for java.exe or minecraft.exe.

I installed the magic launcher and optifine without issue...but when I play the game, my sound is gone. The volume for minecraft is 50% and my computer volume is high enough. I cannot get it to come on. Any ideas? I can't play without sound.
anybody have a fix for mod textures yet? im using forge 789, optifine A4 and btesting it with carpenters blocks and tmi and I still have purple and black blocks form the mod... it says it was fixed in the op. but I don't see it...

Also, I'm using TabbyChat and has the option "Force Unicode Chat Rendering" and makes the chat look better imo, in 1.5.2 it was working fine but in 1.6.2 it lags me off to 1~5fps, and if i put "Custom Fonts" off it goes back to normal, the custom font won't make a difference with the rendering so i can have it off, but might be something of your concern about rendering chat or something ?
Hey, I just want to know when the mod block/item texture glitch will be fixed. It was partly fixed, but there are still some un-loaded textures.

Rei's have been glitchy for a while. Try VoxelMap.
Fixed, coming in A5.
VSync is implemented in the graphics card drivers, it can only be turned ON or OFF.
