I have redowloaded minecraft, then installed forge 9.10.0, then launched the forge profile, then dropped Optifine 1.6.2 HD U C4 into the mods folder but when I try to load it minecraft crashes. what can I do?
Try posting any error messages you get and someone will hopefully know how to fix it
Hey! Thanks for your work on your mod.
Now, with the first snapshot for the 1.7 update and the sprint key set to Control except of the double W, do you have any idea where the zoom key of Optifine will be? I know that we can set it where ever we want, but I can't see any possible key that would be practical.
Hey I loved your mod since 1.4.7 but now with the 1.6.2 C4 if a problem:
I cleaned my minecraft folder, started minecraft once and installed forge. Then i started it again and everything worked fine. But then I put the Optifine.jar into the mods folder and started the minecraft launcher. I choose profile forge but when I click play the launcher disappears (like it normally does) but minecraft doesn't start. Nothing happens.
Have someone had the same problem? Or has someone got a solution?

I can launch minecraft fine but when I try to open a world it just get stuck at ''Loading world''. I have Optifine HD_U_C4 and forge 9.10.0.845, and I also use Magic Launcher

You minecraft JAR file is modified, this is not needed for Forge and OptiFine running in Magic Launcher.
You can get a clean minecraft JAR and try again.
I have GLSL Shaders mod version 1.6.2 with the new Optifine update and For 845. But when I go to login to a server, my Minecraft crashes with this very big Java error. Can someone tell me where I went wrong or is Shaders and Optifine not compatible with each other?

When I installed the new version of Optifine Ultra as a .jar file (dropping it into the mods folder), the zoom button's missing, and I can't see Optifine clicking on the mods button. I have forge version 9.10.1.849 by the way.
Can you make a MineCade Compatible version please? I tried installing it with the latest Optifine but it didn't work and crashed. If someone could please help, that would be awsome.
Getting this when using Optifine Jar with magic launcher with Better sprinting mod:
Never mind this is just a useless post now. It works now for some apparent reason.
Today I atIctually decided to bother updating from B1 (yes, B1) to C4, and wow, the new installer is super fast! Made my life so much easier! Thank you sp614x!
Hey :)) I love it. I just love it. But there is one problem at mine:
Without forge it works perfectly, but with forge, when i put it into mods folder and start the launcher, it starts, but when i click play it disappears (like it normally does) but minecraft doesn't starts. It doesn't crash or something. The problem is: Nothing happens.
Okay, thanks.
keep it up
Try posting any error messages you get and someone will hopefully know how to fix it
The default Zoom key for 1.7 will probably be C.
Error log?
Error log?
Error log?
Versions B1, B2 and B3 do display it properly, but B4 and now C4 do not.
Please fix that introduced bug. Thank you.
