I specially like mipmap it smoths the texture removing the grainny effect.

Is this mod compatible with Forge as of 1.4.4? I've used it with forge before perfectly fine, but Magic Launcher is saying 1 error on Optifine. And my Minecraft crashes when I try to load it up. I don't know if the crash is because of the Optifine and Forge thing or not. And I tried using Forge Build #375 and #373 and both give the same thing. Please help!
when i downloaded optifine 1.4.4 and used magic launcher and log in it gives me a black screen any help??........ anyways i tried 2 ways to try get it working i tried putting the file clean inside the magic folder in %appdata% for what i normally do for magic launcher files and i tried to do it with winRAR and i deleted the meta-inf file help?
Yea same thing with me! I just posed about it thinking it was Forge, but if you just did it straight up with it by itself, then something is wrong and maybe not Forge, but I'll find out about that.. That's weird, and I literally can't play without Optifine because I lag waaaaay too much. And I only use Magic Launcher so I know if something is jacked up :/ Man!
I'm currently using Optifine HD D1 for 1.4.4 (I have no other mods except for Noppes's More Player Models and Modloader since More Player Models requires that) and I'm currently encountering these aesthetic issues using Extended CTM. Setting the CTM option to fast and fancy still cause the graphical glitches.
Reeds often don't connect properly when they grow and when they're manually placed. This problem began in Optifine's 1.3.2 since it worked fine when I used Optifine in 1.2.5.
That is how I have my block83.properties file set up.
This what my CTM picture looks like (the reeds are in the bottom, right-hand corner).
The other problem only happens when the wooden fence gate is placed between mossy cobblestone or cobblestone walls. The fence gate looks fine when placed between fences or any other block.
For the fence gate .properties files I have:
block107.properties

Well it's good to know I'm not the only one having the problem. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. And I know sp will fix it. He's a great guy and will fix any major problems that occur
Okay I am having issues with chat going beyond the grey boxed area (the space for chat). I have narrowed it down to Optifine. I do not know what happened to the new release, but does anyone know how to fix this? Also, has anyone figured out how to fix the "downloading" of the single player worlds?

just a heads up, I was downloading optifine for 1.2.5 because I wanted to play FTB insanity, but on optifine.net, the 1.2.5 downloads are the 1.3.1 downloads.
i think this should be fixed because i cant ride pigs with saddles it crashes i have several other mods though, treecapitator, enchantview, thebombzenapi, fml, forge note selection gui, forge painting selection gui, stalker creepers, clay soldiers, matmos, useful foods, worldstate checkpoints and update checker mod. Ive tested it without the other mods and it still crashed I dont know if I did it right

I'm only getting around 30 FPS. I've tried all different combinations of settings, including default. Here's my PC spec's:
CPU = i7 3.50GHz
RAM = 16GB
Storage = 256GB SSD
GPU = EVGA GeForce GTX670 4GB
What can I do to fix this?
How do I "prefer Java" in the control panel?
"2. Set the Java process to higher priority" How?
"4. Update LWJGL from here." What is this?
"5. Lauch Minecraft with less memory" How?
It seems that Optifine might be messing up the rendering of the enchantment table font, causing it to no longer wrap around but to extend beyond the enchantment table interface.
Version: OptiFine HD D1 Ultra for Minecraft 1.4.4
