I was using the Yogbox mod along with opti-fog+mine and did not experience any freezing problems, but when I got the updated Yogbox with this new mod in it (with a fresh opti-fog and mine also), I get frequent game freezes that last about 5 seconds, and happen every 25-30 seconds. During the time when it is not frozen, however, the FPS is fine.
That's the problem.. don't they grow old & die? Or how about teens doing the "i'm leaving this hick town" thing when the population gets high like that? The more the population goes up the more difficult it is to play through the lag
I have 9 people 8 adults and 1 child in my village, how did you get so many?
Well aside from selling them all of the wood, stone, wool, cobble Etc they needed, early on I sold 'em a lot of bread. I also didn't use the bed much. Instead I was working in my branch mine at the edge of town most of the time. Aside from that all I can say is that these villagers sure enjoy their horizontal tango

HELP ME!! I had an issue with my minecraft so i had to force update and re-install all of my mods. but once i re-installed them and went back to my save, all of my villagers were gone. the village finder (v) could still locate my village but it is registered as (inactive). i went and found a new village and there were people there. do you know what i did wrong/ what i could do to fix it? plus the signs and chest of the fort are all gone

You broke the village, its now dead... Did you load your save without millenaire installed?
EDIT: Either that or you were too far away for the village to be "Active"..

You can't in your village, just wait, eventually they build the carpenters hut and a carpenter makes them.
They are normal Norman village folk, time means nothing to them..
