I havent gotten a chance to look at your code nor do I intend to because it is obfuscated but I am assuming you extended the EntityBoat class so depending on how you allowed it to fly in the air you missed disabling the ability for boats to be in water so try looking at the EntityBoat and look for something like this from the old code not sure how it changed in the recent update
it's actually just a copy of the entity boat class, which extends the nl class (which I believe is just the entity base class?) I've been experimenting with editing the code and trying to figure out what the material.water is.. although that code you pasted does might help me figure that out comparing it to all the obfuscated code.
If you are just coping the EntityBoat why didnt you just extend from the EntityBoat and just edit it from there? It dosent really matter I'll take I look at your code in a minute and attempt to find your problem.

Really digging the magic carpet hangglider. But can't you make it so that it turns into a hanglider when you break it instead of some sticks and reinforced leather (or whatever you called it) like the boat does? I really need a mode of transportation that I can break down and take with me, instead of having to make a new one every time.
BTW, it would be really nice if you "forgot" to fix the high speed boat glitch. It's almost as useful as the hanggliders intended purpose

Thanks! Updated it so it breaks on impact with water now, also I'm really new to java and not very familiar with extending scripts yet....especially extending a script that is full of unknown functions to me that I've been messing around with trial and error to figure out.

Sorry I already updated the high speed boat part.. although I will probably make a high speed boat later too once I figure out how to change how the entity is rendered.
With the sign tags mod, I can see that different biomes have different temperatures. Perhaps the hang glider can have better/worse glide ratios scaled to the temperatures of the biomes it's flying over? For Example, grassland/forest probably has reasonable temps, and so are about normal. Deserts are probably hot, and give updrafts so powerful that the glider goes upwards. Tundras are so cold that the glider drops quickly.
Or, if you decide to transform this into a magic carpet, maybe a key press (jump?) to either lift it up slowly or keep at altitude, but damaging the carpet slowly so as not to allow infinite flight?
i think this is a very very good mod because obosidian is pretty much worthless but withthis mod you have a use of getting ton of it
i think the bone idea is really good so those peaceful noobs cant get them

That is an interesting idea! I'll have to look into it, but if I can figure it out I'll try to put that in.

Thats correct. You will have some problems making it look like a hang glider you could probably just add a square above the player which would work

Do you have Tool Utils and 303's Arrow mod installed? You need both of them for the bonesidian + arrow mod.
