Duuuuuuuuuuude, major props for this mod. I used the fix someone posted from reddit and now this thing works like a charm with BL!!!! I can play it on my laptop (I go a lot of places and Minecraft is great on the go) with the highest settings like a charm now where I could barely play on Fast graphics with BL before. Keep up the good work man, seriously .
I have to ask. What does the Meta-inf folder do? This isn't the first mod I've seen that says to delete it. I've deleted it before to put Fastrender in, but why is it unimportant?
Cool mod...optimization thing. I put this on my friends computer and he can now play Minecraft without terribly choppy framerate. +10 for you.

The META-INF folder lets Java verify that the code hasn't been tampered with. This is useful when you're using Applets on the Internet, so people can't run arbitrary code on your computer, but it's not so useful when you're trying to mod the game.
Hey thanks for this man, really made minecraft faster on my laptop. now I don't have to play on tiny view distance lol (okay I only can do short now but hey thats improvement).

Dear god I hope not. Class replacements are simple and clean. Patchers are less reliable.

It's their debug code to verify that my mod wasn't breaking anything.
It's good that they tested it, but it's bad that they forgot to remove the testing code.
