If this last one you sent me has the decompiled zombe's mod in it, so here's your merged class: Dropbox link.
Anyway, that will only work if you're still playing version 1.3.

The game over mod crashes on my 1.4 client. Attempted with no other mods installed. Also tried with both existing GameOver.txt present and without. I'm Windows platform if that helps.
Edit: Also ran a cache dump just in case. I was suspicious that the download location might be the same, but the file downloaded afterward was identical to the original 1.4 updated file I downloaded, so it's not that.

I really don't know what it could be, I downloaded it just now and tested and nothing happened.
"Nothing happened" as in it worked as expected or as in the perpetual black screen? The black screen is what I'm getting. No error report or anything.
Sorry I can't provide any more information. Without an error report or even a conceivable conflict (because nothing else is loaded), I don't have a clue. It doesn't add up that it's not working, but it isn't. To put your mind at ease, I did remember to remove the META-INF folder. I've also tried leaving the folder in and only removing the manifest file, which also didn't produce a different result.

Worked as expected. Here is a video:

I challenge you to write down the most funny phrases as you can imagine.
Each death a random one. Then I will be downloading this!
I'm not very funny or creative, but I think I can create a list and set it to randomly read lines, similar to the splashes on the main screen.
I'll just need the phrases...
sorry but i can't get this to work in 1.4_01 i'm afraid... deleted META-INF , no modloader and no other mods (fresh install) and i get the black screen
I don't know what it could be, try downloading again, or watch the video I've uploaded with instructions.
Use a similar config file for your new mod, kind of like this:
[top text]
[bottom text]
A.K.A.
****
you died with [score] points!
(you type [score] in the config text and thats where the mod puts the score)
I would like that please :biggrin.gif:
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
public void AddRecipes(CraftingManager craftingmanager)
craftingmanager.addshapelessrecipe(skittle) new Object[]{
new ItemStack(Item.dyepowder, 1 , 1), new Itemstack(Item.sugar, 1)
}

Good idea, but what if the person hasn't wrote [score] anywhere, should I put the score at the end of the line or show no score?
Edit: I'm also gonna make a stat to show the highest personal score when 1.5 comes out.
I'm stuck. I've copied the scores from survival test mobs, but I really can't think of good scores for other mobs like zombie pigman, ghasts and wolves. Here are the scores:
Chicken: 5
Pig: 10
Cow: 10
Sheep: 10
Squid: 10
Zombie: 80
Spider: 105
Skeleton: 120
Creeper: 200
And the ones I'm not sure about the value:
-Wolf: I'm thinking of something between 30 and 60. (I've never killed a wolf group to know how hard it is)
-Slime: 5
*Note that each time the slime dies it splits into 4, so a Huge slime would generate 4*4*4 slimes, a Big slime 4*4, and so on. So if you kill all of the slimes created by the Huge one, being the score 5, you would get a total score of 425, Big slime: 105, Medium slime: 25 and small: 5. (I don't know if I made my point here, but it should be a small number)
-Zombie Pigman: 100-160.
-Ghast: larger than the creeper's score, maybe 300.
Please suggest if you have better ideas for scores.
I did't find my modification in your source.
But, anyway, do you have the source for the zombe's pack?
You edit a .txt file that is generated at the folder where your minecraft launcher is.
woops, sorry, lol didn't save.
should be fixed http://www.mediafire.com/?8qq9sm67n0btea0

The submitted avatar is 150 pixels wide and 151 pixels high. Avatars must be at least 32 pixels wide and 32 pixels high, but no larger than 150 pixels wide and 150 pixels high.

I've tried with and without other mods installed, both times deleting the meta inf folder, and so far to no avail. Any ideas why?
Please suggest if you have better ideas for scores.
I discovered the problem. I'm using jdk 1.7 to compile my mods. It should be fixed now.
And a new mod: Score.
and More creeps and weirdos mob scores?
That would be nice ^^
Btw nice mod
