Hmm, strange, cause I cant remember it happening before, then again the last time I used World Edit like this was a long time ago! i will try out your reach tip!
is it possable to delete all blocks to make a small area of flat land, and is it passable to replace a specific type of block??
There are worldedit commands. Options include:
1. Select the corners of the area using the wand, then //set air
2. Stand in the middle of the area, and do //cyl air [circumference] [height]
3. Make another tool an air wand: hold a tool, and type //wand sphere air [circumference]
Then right-clicking with that tool makes a ball of air. Note: the above-mentioned bug applies here, and you'll need to expand your /reach
Replacing specific blocks? Easy. The Worldedit and Paint both do this.
1. After selecting an area with your wand (Worldedit defaults to using the wooden axe for this), type //replace [block 1] [block 2] ---this replaces block 1 with block 2. For advanced, mixed results, you can list block2 as something like this: 50%air,10%netherrack,5%98:1,5%35:3,30%cake (no spaces)
2. For more precision work, "Enable paint mode, and left-click to replace the clicked block with the block you're painting, or right-click to place a new copy of the block you're painting (just like placing blocks from your inventory)."
To enable: /paint <BLOCK_ID | BLOCK_NAME> <DMG>
To disable: /paint
I made a SPC plugin that adds an /if command, but I don't know how to install in regular minecraft, can anyone help me? Link to thread
Wow.
Simo, are there a lot of SPC plugins? I only recently realized paint and path were add-ons. I can't even quyite parse out what "if" does, quite, but it looks like it could be a great tool.
Hey this has probably been asked before, just didn't feel like checking 800+ pages of comments...
But I've seen the picture of the item list, and for some things like for example the different colours of wool, there's a number added to it, like for blue wool it says 35³, how do you spawn this in the game then? because adding the little 3 doesn't work. Sorry if this has been asked a lot already!
Search (upper right) function for "Cyan Wool", without the quotes.
It works for all questions!!!

I have problems using SPC. I have Ubuntu 11.10 and Minecraft 1.1. I downloaded the installer, and proceeded to use it. The installer said it did as was intended, but when I opened minecraft I saw no change. I tried to open the minecraft in the /bin folder but that failed to launch at all. I tried both OpenJDK Java 6 runtime (which I use normally to play minecraft), and OpenJDK Java 7 runtime. I tried with both the included META-INF, and without it.
Thanks for the error report, I might have to install a linux machine at my house to debug it - I don't actually have one at the moment. For the mean time I guess you'll have to manually install the mod, sorry.

It's a bug with the last update.

At this time, only the general villager type is spawnable.

Haven't you added it yet? You mentioned it in the comments section of the video for the sign command.
