Just noticed what's probably a pretty rare bug to have to identify-- healing villager zombies crashed the server. =)
Mo Creatures and Forge are the only things on it.

Hey I think it would be a great addition to the mod to add more tameable flying creatures like flying tiger, thunderbird, phoenix. I think it would be awesome to get a centaur and some dwarves. then you should also add a chariot for ground and air. So you can pull it with horses and ride along with it. Then a flying chariot that can be pulled and pegasi It would make the mod yet more enjoyable!
I haven't played Minecraft in a bit (a couple of weeks anyway) and updated to the latest Minecraft and Mo' Creatures...thank you SO much for the improvements in how dolphins control. A couple of versions ago I felt like I was fighting to get anywhere with 'em, but now my dolphin actually listens to what I'm saying and swims pretty smoothly.
I was running all these mods together successfully in 1.4.2 including Pams, but not Biomes A plenty - use ExtrabiomesXL instead. Tropicraft worked sporadically but caused crashes, and its usefulk to note that the Weather Mod which comes with it is a massive cpu hog for very little real gain other than wind, leaves blowing around and waves (that everyone turns off) and tornadoes (that my players didnt like because it wrecked their houses and worlds) In 1.4.5 there is currently a conflict of some kind between Extrabiomes and Mo Creatures.
I have not seen the Mo'Cre/EXBiomes error. Probably a config error if anything. Try checking if they are sharing a ID.
BTW, I've been working on getting Bukkit and Forge to work together in MC 1.4.5 and finally got it functional thanks to MCPC =). I'll be working on a bukkit version of Mo'Creatures tomorrow. I'll probably start a bukkit server when I finish MoCreatures port for testing so stay tuned!!

Everything works Fine in till i but the zip in the mods folder then i log in to mine craft (it works fine) But the mod isn't there can u get a mac vid for 1.4.5 I can't Figure it out
P.S Get one that actually works if u can
The Only Thing that loads is Minecraft CoderPack, Forge Mod Loader, Minecraft Forge and mod_GuiApi

Here's a good question. If I am out in the middle of no where on my horse on your server and I log out, does the horse despawn with me or does he stay and wonder away?

I've been able to fix several annoying buxes. We've been also quite busy on the dedicated server, that has been working great.
bloodshot is working on the bukkit port, BlockDaddy is working on the elephants and myself..... besides bug fixing, I've been doing great progress on an extremely exciting new aggressive mob.
I'll release an update tonight with the bug fixes. No new content will be added for now.

Ive ran miles it seems on the server but I see no aniamls except squid and dogs in the wild. I see players horses, turtles, everthing in the petting zoo and so on.
Not even vanilla animals are spawning for me. Am I missing something?
Actually, that's not at all true. I am using both with no issues at all. However, turn off most of the block/mob modifications in mcPatcher. Leave just the support for high def fonts and textures. I installed as follows:
1) Backup a vanilla copy of minecraft 1.4.5 - always, always!
2) Install latest mcPatcher - but see note above.
3) forge - install in jar file (verify that forge is detecting mcpatcher after install)
4) ApiGUI - install in jar file
5) Custom Mobspawner - mods folder (NOT COREMODS)
6) Mo'creatures -mods folder (NOT COREMODS) verfiy forge is reading everything after install.
7) Rei's minimap -mods folder (NOT COREMODS) verify forge is reading everything after install.
Also, regarding mobs on the server. Currently, the mob spawning is completely messed up. After having explored extensively, I can tell you that there were, as of last night, only vanilla mobs spawning, and they were not spawning correctly. Ocelots were spawning quite a bit - I suspect mo'creatures does not address them (or the bats). Squids were spawning quite a bit, so that setting probably needs to be lower. Every other creature seen or encountered, derives from the use of creative mode for the zoo enclosure when the server first started. No naturally spawning mo'creatures have been observed by me at any time that I have been on the server (day 2 I think). I imagine that the settings need to be ironed out, and I am equally certain it's being worked on. It's a nice server, a decent map, and there are nice folks on it, but at the moment, that's it. You can only see Dr. Zhark's wonderful creatures in the zoo area, or on the lands of those people who begged for critters early on, or picked up some breeding stock from the zoo. All the horses derive from the same source. I think, if it were me, I would restart the server, and start everyone over, adhering to survival rules (and no creative spawning), once a bukkit version of mo' creatures becomes available. That's just my two cents.

I second this. I am only seeing owned horses, animals in the zoo and squid :/
I'm not able to ride the horses and not use the chests of mules. Every time I try to climb one or use the chest, MC closes and the message "Crashed" always appears when I try to use or ride the horses.

For now, yes. It was causing the server to crash.

mcpatcher and forge can not be used together
I mean that all the spawned creatures will disappear if the chunk is unloaded.

Do not attempt to load any mods with McPatcher while Forge is installed. Use McPatcher only for HD texture pack support.
