Is there a problem with custom mob spawner? Not many day creatures are spawning. I've seen two ducks spawn and that's it. Nighttime creatures (scorpions, werewolves, wolves, ogres and wraiths) spawn just fine.

Great News!!! Me and DrZhark have decided to start an official MoCreatures server. We will connect from time to time to check on how things are going with releases. The server will be updated for every public release and most likely we will be on the server for each release. Can somebody please help me? I cannot get the night time creatures to spawn. (Wolves, wraiths, scorpions, the hostile horses, etc). They have not spawned on the current version or the previous. Did I download the CustomMobSpawner wrong or something? Thanks.

Having the same problem. I have seen a very few non-hostile mobs, and zero hostile mobs on SMP.
Seems to work fine in single player.
It's the default .cfg file, I'm able to generate mobs via spawn eggs just fine, but they just don't spawn.
Also, I get ZERO mobs in desert, not even vanilla hostile mobs, and only with Mo Creatures installed.
Also, when I connect to a server that doesn't have mocreatuers installed my client crashes immediately with:

[ForgeModLoader] FML has found a non-mod file CustomMobSpawner 1.9.0.zip in your mods directory. It will now be injected into your classpath. This could severe stability issues, it should be removed if possible.
I'm asking because I'm trying to stomp out some bugs in my setup, so I'm going through the FML-Client-0 log and checking for potential problems. The line above that error says the same thing, but for the CoroAI mod.
Hey DrZark or Bloodshot, whichever one of y'all are reading this. Ive noticed a change in the SMP config file where you can not choose the difficulty of certain mobs spawns (i.e ogre, werewolf etc). I think you guys need to look at the config file generation or something as that doesn't seem right. Also a value to decrease/increase werewolf strength would be nice

When i try to mount in a horse this happen, anyone know how to fix?
I install forge, GUIAPI, Custom mob spawner correctly. It all works, but when I put the mo creatures file into the mods folder and start up mine craft, it gets stuck at the Mojang screen. I have a mac. Can someone please help me?
Hm... I wonder if someone (which doesn't have that problem with forge or whatever (i mean the blackscreen thing)) could put his minecraft.jar file into a download so that everyone can download it + the mod folder or whatever it takes to avoid the blackscreen. Maybe this could help too...
In minecraft version 1.2.5 there was such a download on an other website. And then it suddenly worked.
I really had fun with the Ostriches, they were my favourite Mo' Creatures. So i'm still hoping for a way which could solve this blackscreen problem.

not that I'm aware of, is your despawnvanilla set to yes?
how many entities are in your world right now? you can check by pressing F3
you'll see something like:
E: 5/120
where the first number is the entities in your FOV and the second is the number of entities in the world.
If the second number is too high, you will need to adjust your spawn limits above that to allow for more spawning

Having the same problem. I have seen a very few non-hostile mobs, and zero hostile mobs on SMP.
Seems to work fine in single player.
It's the default .cfg file, I'm able to generate mobs via spawn eggs just fine, but they just don't spawn.
Also, I get ZERO mobs in desert, not even vanilla hostile mobs, and only with Mo Creatures installed.
Also, when I connect to a server that doesn't have mocreatuers installed my client crashes immediately with:
[ForgeModLoader] FML has found a non-mod file CustomMobSpawner 1.9.0.zip in your mods directory. It will now be injected into your classpath. This could severe stability issues, it should be removed if possible.
I'm asking because I'm trying to stomp out some bugs in my setup, so I'm going through the FML-Client-0 log and checking for potential problems. The line above that error says the same thing, but for the CoroAI mod.

I'm using Misa's texture pack find. Just put the texturepack zip in .minecraft/texturepacks
