1. Shuffling seems to be not playing.
2. I don't know if this has been changed since 1.5.2, but Mini golems would pick up and throw literally any block, including bedrock, chests, etc.
3. The new ownership seems to be really nice, but it is only working if all of the players pets are in Amulet form. It lists them properly there, but as soon as one is placed into the world and the /moc list tamed command is run, it says an unexpected error has occurred.
Hey guys, can anybody tell me how to change the biome spawning? I use the ruins/dungeon pack mod and found a wicked double- castle that I want to use as my main house but it's near the grassland biome and all that spawns there is horses....
Something is definetely wrong here ..But I don't think it's the mod. How long time are we talking about here? I have been playing since the mod came out of dev and I have zero issues. I DID adjust the spawns of some creatures though but only the ogre's and giants(?) Have you tried lowering the spawn rate?
Ultimately I removed this mod and its dependencies and re-generated the world. This mod takes over spawning from vanilla, but can't handle vanilla spawning, makes up its own spawning rules, so it botches the job.
The issue with Wither Skeletons no longer spawning when this mod is active was the beginning. Someone provided a 'hack' to work around this. Although it was a working solution, it was not something we should have to do. It fixed the issue, but not in the proper way(wither skeletons spawned all over, not just in the appropriate places).
I noticed a few other things, Squid were not spawning like vanilla. They would not just spawn in water at the appropriate level. I looked at MoC conf and they were set to RIVER:OCEAN biomes only. Even there they would not spawn normally, you would have to be in the area for quite some time before you would see one or two spawn. Normally squid are the first thing you see when approaching an area, before the water even appears.
Do not have quantitative data, but it seemed like there were less Endermen spawning in the overworld
The 24/124 rule of proper spawning, mobs will not spawn closer than 24 blocks and not father than 124, has been thrown out the window. With this mod I see mobs spawn less than 10 blocks away. They immediately run at and attack you bc they are so close. While this new challenge was welcomed by me, others did not appreciate such a basic rule of the game being violated.
Mobs despawn randomly with this mod too, while you are looking at them only a short distance away. So the rule about mobs despawning after being 128 blocks away has been thrown out too.
When I went into the Twilight Forest, a mod which this mod claims to support, the normally tranquil forest was full of vanilla mobs not normally seen there.
I did not get that far in the game, but I could foresee problems setting up an enderpearl farm in The End(which relies on vanilla spawning rules), because of how bad this mod botched vanilla spawning.
All this is further complicated by developers who do not acknowledge that there is even a problem. I was told by the person who provided the Wither Skeleton hack that these are known issues but ignored by devs.
It seems like this is a mod that is fine just by itself. If you are happy just playing with animals cool, but if you want to add other mods that depend in any way on vanilla spawning, you are screwed. If the mod could leave well enough alone and just add its new mobs spawning it would be both fun and usable.

I managed to breed a cow horse and some other mo creatures horses with the vanilla ones, but I can't get a mo creatures black or white horse. Did they really get completely removed from the mod? :C It's really annoying having two different ways to tame/control/breed horses; I was hoping to breed the mo creatures horses I needed and then turn vanilla horses off.

I don't want MoCreatures setting spawn rates for these entities; any way to tell MoC to leave these the heck alone?
How do I tame Zebras then ? I need the cow horse but i want the black horse for breeding -.- and The vanilla black horse is not working to breed with the mo' creature horse
There is a guide somewhere to breeding between the two.
Can somebody help me pls ? I installed MoC ... I'm playing on LoTR dimension and it's spawning alot of vanilla horses, this didnt use to happen when MoC wasn't installed ...
Thank you, now it works, but now with the vanilla horses i don't know which horses i have to breed in order to get the cow horse or any other tier 4 horse. Can someone help me please?
Before the minecraft update, it was no problem for me to breed the cow horse (Black and white, offspring with white, offspring with black), but now i only get some ugly vanilla horses.
Seriously? TheGofa posted a sheet on how to breed the horses On The Same Page As You!
A question on my own thought.
After I installed Mo's Creatures on the server the server keep crashing from time to time as soon as more than two players are online? Is there someway to fix this?
Running MCPC-plus 1.5.2 with the correct version of Mo's creatures and all.

Just find the Vanilla horses that look like the MoC ones, like if you need the white MoC horse, you just need the white Vanilla horse, same with the other colors.
Here's the chart if you need it again:
If you don't get the color you need from the Vanilla and MoC horse and you get the color of the Vanilla horse from the breeding, use the baby with the MoC horse, it'll be MoC instead of Vanilla, so use two pumpkins for that breeding.

If you don't get the color you need from the Vanilla and MoC horse and you get the color of the Vanilla horse from the breeding, use the baby with the MoC horse, it'll be MoC instead of Vanilla, so use two pumpkins for that breeding.
oh thx but I still right click crash
