Forgot to post this earlier. Going to add this to the main post as well. Did this to commemorate 10k downloads and give a tour to those who aren't sure if it's worth downloading.
Just realized I haven't given any updates since last year.
The project fell out of interest for a while, especially looking at other city projects. The lack of support hasn't helped. I am however working on it again, albeit slowly. Support and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
"I wish I had a close friend that was good at building."
If it's on a server, I could help, except that I have my own city, (which is currently only 3 city blocks), So I might not be able to help as much as you might want.
Also, I'm good at doing interior, so I could do some for you.

That is very nice of you. It is indeed on a server, albeit on a spare laptop. Larger World Edit changes tend to lag, and sometimes crash if it's lighting heavy.
I really appreciate the offer, and it's something I may very well consider. However, if you're working on your own project you don't need to. Stretching yourself thin isn't good. I know that from first hand experience on many things all too well. I may look at whitelisting the server soon, but I have serious trust issues. Granted, that means I'll be running more backups and copies so I hopefully shouldn't have any issues.
Since the server is one I pretty much have running out of my house, it's going to randomly go down every now and then. Right now as I'm typing this it's 1 AM and I need to sleep after I finish writing this, and I have a rework drawing sitting in front of me that I'll be working on this week in my extra time. Feel free to PM me if you have extra interest.
I'm still having severe issues trying to get myself to work on this. I may go ahead and just have a new release soon.
Doing interiors is painful, and so many of the buildings are crap from 3 years ago. It's not fun. At all. It really is a struggle to work on this. I might pick it back up again in a few more months, but for now I'm just going to look at some quick things and a new release.
Alright, 0.1.7 has been loaded up. Replaced some old buildings, added some new ones.
There's a lot of buildings near spawn that are a work in progress, and probably won't be finished for a while. Honestly don't know if it's worth noting anymore. People never respond or seem to care about this.
For the time being this project is gonna lie down for a while. Not sure if I'll pick it back up. Lately it's finally been coming to me that I've been biting off more than I can chew, and this goes outside of Minecraft.
Are all versions of this map compatible with Minecraft 1dot7dotX or no?
Most of them should be. I'd advise against the most recent ones. It has been years since I dropped the project so I am not sure, but I would check out the different versions with a vanilla install first before adding any mods if that is what you're looking for. I know, I'm months late.
Wow, this is amazing! Great work! And it looks gorgeous with Shaders! \(^-^)/

Thanks! I haven't been able to run shaders because I'm on a Mac, so yeah. :c
On a different note, reached a whopping 10,000 downloads! Woohoo!
Figured it was time for a change.

I have nothing here, go look somewhere else.

If you love modern structures, try this texture pack. It's a really nice one that smooths the textures. It makes it look even better! Here's the link: https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/sensecraft---a-simple-pleasant-texture-pack-which-improves-upon-the-default-experience/

Side note: About 50K downloads.

Hmm... I'll PM you later...
