E-land is a world with different cities and sites all connected by an underground/ on the ground rail system. it includes:

I'll just go ahead and ask simple (ie naive) questions... does it matter which version of minecraft this will work with? And if using a fresh 1.5.1 install, would i be able to install a couple forge mods afterwards (or before) loading the map?
I've become familiar with mods n forge n optifine, but integrating other people's maps with them is new to me
