Well... As far as the story, I can see some grammatical fixes that'll need to be done. Otherwise, I think it's fine, just the wording should be changed to sound a bit more fluid.
[EDIT] Ok, did another read over in more detail... and whats with the headcrabs? and Snakelestia? Im very confused about these things... wheres the originality? And most of these things you won't be able to implement and explain with what you have in Minecraft. We should try to do this with as little modding possible required. Sorry for being very critical about it, but it needs some work. At this point, i think we should save the writing for the end of the project and just build the adventure map with all needed locations like Everfree, Canterlot, villages, and encampments.
We don't need to build evertree or Canterlot, the entire map takes place out of Equestria. One scene at the start takes place in Canterlot, and that's in a room, if we show the view from the same side as the windows, we won't have to worry about showing something that is distinctly not Canterlot through the windows. As for Evertree, we could probably use any forest in any map as a set, since it only appears in a not Black Belt's account of the "mare in the moon" story, which is not only is his version blatantly wrong, but it is like a crack fic.
Here's what we do need to build.
The Kraven Kratos Archeology company camp. It has a dock, a ship at the dock, three cabins (Cabin A/Cabin B/Cabin C), a cafeteria, two storage buildings (one for supplies, one for valuables found), a toilet, and an office for doing paper work in.
A mine in a ravine, leading to a old, research facility (specifically researching wildlife).
Okay, as of sunday, the server is officially up, so says me, to any builders who want to begin building any of the key areas, if you want to help build, message me about want you want to begin building. We'll begin the entire thing on or around thursday
Seriously, Doom, we need to start making a plan because I have no idea what we're gonna build, what's happening story-wise e.t.c.
I'm in the dark about everything.
The plan as of now is that on the server, were going to find were everything is and begin building by this weekend or next, unfortunetly im going to be gone after next thursday, so wll have to do a lot in as little time as possible.

Alright, First off, Here is the new design for the Aliquam lacus:
The original design was based on the assumption that it would be build over a huge area of land, that has changed and Aliquam lacus is now a port city. Mostly built on the water.
Walls separate the districts, the walls will be three layered, with the sides being made of stone bricks and the middle being made of cobblestone.
The ground will be made of cobblestone.
Research facility
Not part of the city, but someone built a wildlife research facility near the city, the reason no-one has found the officially city yet is because creepers blew up the walls surrounding it, and zombies killed everyone, including the builders.
Inner district:
Where the high class lived, and where you can find the most valuables. This area is surrounded by a dome made of cobblestone, it must be opened with by finding diamond blocks in the other districts, or by making them yourself.
Magic academy, the magic academy is the only building left standing in the inner district, the same magic that formed the dome destroyed the rest, the magic academy has a large library, one classroom, and a dueling arena.
Originally it was going to be in the center of the city, but its going to be in the "back" of the city now. Closest to where players will be when they reach the city.
Outer market/harbour
The first area you gain access to, the "outer market" district is at the city entrance, you gain access using a boat found in the research facility. Or you can just ignore that and knock down some walls.
Places of interest: There is an inn and three shops, one that sells seafood (fish), one that sells vegetables (and flowers for ponies), and a tavern. All four are also their owner homes, and have a room where the owner would live.
Residential district:
Where most of the middle class citizens lived, at least ten houses will be built.
Places of interest: Church, school. The church old of Notch has a few bookcases. However, the school's construction only started a few days before the city's population were wiped out.
Military district:
Where most of the city guard was trained. You'll find more weapons here.
Places of interest: Barracks, armory, Dux Mortium's (a famous general known only by his nickname in the story) castle. The barracks is a rather simple building, having a bunch of beds inside a building (which contains zombie spawners) and a small outdoor training arena. The armory has weapons and armour inside a chest. The castle on the other hand has a diamond block.
Inner market:
A rather small district with potions, and good armour/weapons to be found.
Places of interest: Blacksmith, jewelry/dye shop. The blacksmith has some iron and gold ingots while the jewlery/dye shop has some gold ingots and diamonds, as well as some lapis lazuli and redstone.
Seriously, Doom, we need to start making a plan because I have no idea what we're gonna build, what's happening story-wise e.t.c.
I'm in the dark about everything.
And if you need directions to Aliquam lacus, follow the signs I put down giving directions to the ravine mine, then the research base, then the city.

Can you keep a copy of the save file for the map from the server?

Well, I had decided originally that I wasn't going to go beyond a certain number of people, but if I changed my mind on that, experience would be useful, perhaps you can tell me what maps you worked on.
K forget my last post If u need a mansion builder im your pony for it My MC name is itzzmorrison
I don't need a mansion builder. And I didn't invite you because I wasn't going to go beyond a certain number of people. If I change that I'll let you in as well.
Note to anyone else, I haven't even been on this thread for quite a while, but I'll probably start working on this again (stopped for a while, among other things I had other projects, and my computer has been buggering up) once I get a new computer.
I might let you help, but for now I've just fixed most of the problems with my computer and am going to make an "alpha" version in Minecraft (probably using MC Edit). I'm also planning on getting people together to make a supervillain lair map for Gmod although I'll probably be working on that a lot less (yes, I'm aware of GM Lair).

The abandoned research facility.
Aliquam lacus
Some other stuff...
Redstone is addicting. :3
