Add a bit of the hoodie to the side of the neck, this will add a bit more of a 3d representation of a down hoodie. Look at other "hoodies" to see what I am talking about.
Re-think the white on the trouser, possibly make it a little dark and add some shading.
Unless I am doing a small feature or something like deaths face, I never use full black, I go a bit lighter, in order to shade and make it look a little more detailed/depthed

your clothing is lacking any form of shading needs general highlights and suggestions of reflection for the belt buckle also the hood would be better if it was also shown on the guys head for added effect
