with out having the files i can't confirm but it seems your json isn't valid unless you left some of the code out. even still searching google will help with use errors with json's *Jsonlint is a really easy one to use as it points out the issues pretty easily* how ever linking to external sites is kind of a no-no* how ever Block States V

this bit should give you a bit of a idea on how to structure it. you need to include the weight otherwise it will not show up even if you validate your json as weight determines how likely it is to show up. aside from that your model file is valid how ever I'm not sure if your textures are mapped properly.
OMG Thank you, a combination of what you said and the site you linked suggested made it work!
Weights aren't required, you had yours improperly structured because you left the square brackets [ ] off of the outside of the blockstate that you were trying to randomize.

It’s the unpleasantness of the system that keeps me out.
I’d rather be in, in a good system. That’s where my discontent comes from:
being forced to choose to stay outside.
My advice: Just keep movin’ straight ahead.
Every now and then you find yourself in a different place."

Yeah, I figured that out.
But, it was a good idea that I added weights anyway because It looked horrible having everything the same weight
I've been having a difficult time with Random Textures and Connected Textures,
I'm not sure if I did something wrong with Blockstates or Models, or the way I named the PNG file
Blockstates

"variants": {
"normal": { "model": "nether_wart_block" }, { "model": "nether_wart_block1" }, { "model": "nether_wart_block2" }
}
}
Models
{
"parent": "block/cube_all",
"textures": {
"all": "blocks/nether_wart_block2"
}
}
(etc., nether_wart_block1 is done similarly)
I saved the textures nether_wart_block1 and nether_wart_block2 in the block folder with the other regular textures (hence block/)

Oh really? All the tutorials said the weight was optional
I'll try it

not required how ever its good practice as you can make some appear more then others.
