Would it be possible for a texture pack to check your pc clock? Then if its a certain day change the model/texture/whatever of a block/item/whatever
I know this would be extremely complex and I don't know if this is possible or not in minecraft limitations.

It's not possible. At least, not without writing a mod to explicitly do this. But there's no way to do this in either vanilla or Optifine (aside from the hard-coded Christmas chests).

It's fine. It would have just made seasonal things happen in the pack it's cool. Thanks for at least saying the news it's much better to know then to not know at all.

Yea, holiday add-ons are still separate packs for a reason. I kinda figured that's what you were after since it comes up every single year at about this time.
