That could work. Soul sand would be unrecognizable at first, but that's only a minor gameplay problem.
The shading on the bottom of the torch looks nice, but I just don't think torches would have that. Perhaps you could use the same shading, but work in a rope there? For a grip or to hang on walls from? It just makes more sense, and would look cool.
And, yeah. Come blocks may not be akin to their name, but my pack isn't really a Faithful pack, so I don't think it's a problem.

So I'm having some confusion on how the grass works in Minecraft. I've made the grasscolor.png transparent after doing a bit of research but I'm not getting the colors I wanted for the grass top.
Toke a shot at the stone for my TP that I may or may not post on here, I have yet to decide. I wanted to produce something that resembled sedimentary rock and although when working with ores it may come out strange, I'm willing to give it a try.

It looks good, and I love the idea, but the one big red line throws it off, I think. It looks to regular. IMHO, there should be either more red lines or no red lines, one single red line just looks weird when there's a lot of stone together like that.

Alright so I took the advice and made two different versions. A part of me is leaning towards the texture that completely excludes the red lines but the other one isn't to bad either. I decided it would help me choose if I hear what others prefer.
That looks fantastic! All of your textures for Broken Anachronism look good already, but they also all fit in your theme! I love it!

Only 2, but every stream i've done in the past week, no one at all has shown, so today was pretty good as far as that.
By the way, i could really use ideas for chain, so far i have none, except possibly just taking the clothes i made for the default character and making them into chain armor, since people use different skins...

Well, I could be completely obvious and suggest actual chain, as in, a full body chain link suit, with perhaps some metal rings around the head, the shoulders or wrists, and the legs maybe?. Other than that, I can't think of much.
So, Definitance got bumped up, and downloads started to increase again (finally), so I took a good look through it, and didn't like what I saw. I couldn't wait any longer, so I am in the process of completely remaking the textures that look like crap. The first being stone brick. This is the current stone brick, that looks flat and too shiny for stone brick:
So how does this look to everyone? I might still remake it, because I still didn't quite get the look I was going for.
I like 'em. They seem like Default textures, but upscaled (which, from past pictures of Definitance, seems kind of like what you're going for. I'd add a little bit of contrast to it (namely in the darks) to bring out the bricks a bit more. Right now it seems like very shallow bumps on a brick wall.

Yeah, that was one of my problems, and one of the reasons I was still fiddling with it. So, I darkened the spacing, and made the edge shading on the bricks sharper. How is this?
