@Fish, you may have meant well, but you could have worded it to look less like an insult, that's all.
@Kabonos, He could have worded it better, and that can get annoying, but lets not jump to slang, shall we?
Anyway, I'm thinking of having a second version of my Serene Scape pack, naming the original "adventure" and the new one "architecture", which would focus more on textures pertaining to buildings and hand-made structures. Thoughts on the idea? I think I saw some other pack with something like that, was that anyone here?

Dunno if it was anyone here, but I like that idea. One variant for the Explorer, and one variant for the Constructor.
Though I could form a stronger opinion if there were some example textures

Well... I... Don't have anything done for architecture yet.
But I am working on it now. I noticed it before, but now that I'm working on this big build (I need more of these), the ideas I've planned look a bit off because of the textures, so I'm currently changing some to look better in that case. I guess some examples would be sign textures without the paper (there is a paper tacked onto the front for text visibility, but signs are commonly used as wood dècor in buildings), The brick-styled cobblestone (my current cobble is brick styled, but some people have said it should be natural, so I could do that through the adventure version), and rustic/industrialized bricks/stone bricks for each.
There would be a lot more, but that's all that I can think of off the top of my head.

Holy jebuz was gravel a pain to do in 32x. I still have a small pattern error I need to work out as well. That took way longer then I thought it would. @.x I at least hope it LOOKS like gravel?
Snow! That looks a bit like sand but no it's not a sand recolor

You remind me of me, years ago, desperately trying to destroy all pattern errors (and becoming furious about it). One way I do sometimes is to exaggerate the patterns, but it's easier for me because I do layers and filters, and it's just flipping a switch. If the pattern isn't obnoxious when it's pure black, it's probably a fair base to work with.
Won't comment on the pattern since you're not finished, but the colors are lovely.
@Taiine good job on the gravel so far, you could try to loose the edge off a couple of the more pointy stones so it slighty rounds them maybe and i really like the colours. Tiling bitty textures can take a bit of work to reduce the pattern enough but rounding the stones a little will lessen the pattern.
@Fish... took your advice on your Youtube comment and re did the bindings holding the pickaxe together, then re did them on the wood pick as well as wasn't satisfied. I've done the wood/stone axe tonight also so tools are getting there, what ya think people?
Did I just make dirt, that... looks like dirt? Even matches in away to the old... in fact it can be sized down more and replace the old, looking like something very similar.
...my god did I just by pure accident make dirt that....WORKS?

Looks nice, but I would remove some of the smaller bits near the edge. The bits that look cut off is with normal stone around it.
Looks like dirt! I don't know if it's deliberate, but it goes from sharp to blurry in horizontal strips. Just a note.
Dunno. I haven't textured in a long time, only skins/pixel art :|
Also, it's out of resolution (31x28) so I dunno. I haven't posted here in a while, I might re-finish my texture pack with now-better quality and visible contrast/hue.

Old pickaxe
New tools
That looks awesome! I love the ones at the bottom of the toolhead too!
I'm not.
Lookit.
You said it was "ctm tomfoolery"
Someone asked which methods.
First of all, they meant ctm method. Second of all, with the information you provided, it could only be ctm methods.
Then you said how you made the texture, not which ctm method you used.
I told you that's not CTM.
How am I being a douche?
Awesome stuff!

Reworkied the stone palette, and remade the cobble.
Also, coal, redstone, and lapis.

also thanks for spotting the odd bit with the dirt,
how will this be used? it's awesomeness.

Beautiful!
Yes... YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Very nice, loving the colors. Dem colors. And shapes!
Can't wait for your Torchez.
