This site is great! Hopefully it becomes mainstream.
Just one thing: I added a new set of ore textures, but now I can't remove the old textures (one set has stone background, one doesn't). I drag the texture to the "delete bucket", but when I go back to the page they come back (that and now there is also a test texture trapped in the pack).
This program isn't meant for mixing and matching different texture packs. If that's what you're looking for, I'd have to say to go try The_fool76's program.
Bram, I nearly fell off my chair in laughter, at your response to Lilyo's newest post.
Which makes me wonder..
What is the reason for the "Public" feature? It seems as if the only thing it does, is disallow people to "mix and match" for own personal use. And, I don't really get that, nor do I get why anyone would want that.

Perhaps some creators feel like, since they spent so much time on their precious little pack, that they don't want their textures squandered and tainted with everybody else's textures, discrediting their pack a little, and putting their textures out of context.
EDIT: example dialog.... "my textures were meant to go with the Ghetto Pack, not with Fluffy Cats pack!"
.. Just because I use my frying pan to make food, doesn't mean I can't wack a burglar in the head with it.. I still think it's a silly option, to take away people's freedom to customize things.

I have 4 seasons in my pack, and I only want my pack to be customized with my other textures and not other peoples textures . is there a way i can make it so people cant mix it with other peoples texture packs?
Oh come on Cactii. That timing is just plain rude.
But, yes, there is. Not completely sure how to do it though, since I haven't (yet) uploaded a Texture Pack.
But there should be a "Public Yes/No" feature somewhere, where you just choose "No", making it unmixable with other people's textures.
But, explain: Why in the world would you want such a thing? That's just inconvenient for people who, e.g. may not like your GUI, or possibly your Bedrock, or animals.
..
Lilyo: Make an account, favorite one pack, or more, and go to the "Customize" page. Done.
You can also favorite a single texture, by dragging it, and then plopping it into the Chest on the left side of the screen (hidden until you drag).

Thank you for that exemplary timing.
Just go to your pack "edit" page and simply uncheck the checkbox labeled "Enable public mixing".
I see your point mrisump, but most of my textures probably wont go with most 16x packs.
Also, is there a way to change a name of a texture pack?
No way to change it after you've created it, for good reason. I think people would get confused if people kept changing the name of their pack. You can either delete and start over.......or I could be really nice and change it for you. :smile.gif:
How do i rename seperate textures? I have a rocky sandstone and a multislabbed sandstone, but your both called " Indies "
EDIT: Nvm, Figured out how, but still a question. Is there a way to remove a texture? Because i have a portal texture that I dont need that doesnt work.

Just for others reading....to rename a texture, just click on the description that shows when selecting textures, and it will turn into a text field where you can type in a description.
To delete a texture, simply drag it to the lava bucket that appears on the bottom-right corner of the screen. This is also how you "favorite" individual textures, except you drag them to the chest on the left instead.
Glad you like it!
