I had an idea revolving around the tombs of Assassin's Creed 2, for anyone who knows what they are. I was wodnering if anyone had a 1.9.3 texture pack that could match the feel of AC2.
If you want to make a texture pack HD, chances are you have to re-make the texture pack, because upscaling the textures doesn't work properly, it will just be a blurry version of the SD texture pack. Though, here is what you need to do =)
For 128x:
Upscale the width of everything to 2048
For 256x:
Upscale the width of everything to 4096
For 512x:
I wouldn't bother personally, most people's computers can't run it anyway, and you have to do some serious work to make it look per-pixel

For 16x
Resize the width of everything there to 256.
For 32x
Resize the width of everything there to 512
And for both of those, make sure the proportions are locked!
Anyway, you might have to do a little tweaking beyond that to make them look good, but at least it is a start =)
Excuse my laziness/ignorance then but how could I add HD?
I looked it up and it didn't make much sense.
Sorry...
