Just go to ItemBound\assets\minecraft\mcpatcher\cit\ and you see folders with different names. Open random and copy file ([name of item].properties). Next edit copied file and filename. You can read about that more if you search in browser "Custom Item Textures".
You add them to the map folder, the same way you would a singleplayer world. Just for servers you'll also have to copy them into the data folder of the nether and end as well.

Not a clue... It may be an issue your computer is having with Optifine? Do other resource packs work normally for you?
Maybe the flint and steel can be retextured as a lighter? Maybe matches?
You should add a Jetpack skin for the elytra.

You should add Mangos and Armor sets for each sword

hey i have a suggestion that you can let the community make addon packs for this based on a theme and all you have to do is make a template

Diamond Nuggets, or Emerald nuggets (either iron or gold nuggets)
A killer firework? if you can (firework with... something deadly)
machete if you didn't already do it (iron sword with sharpness 2)
and maybe some magic wands (wooden swords with different enchatments like, fire wand fire aspect, wind wand with knockback etc.)

all of my packs work and my computer is fine with OptiFine and MC but the textures don't load at all
