Great to see this pack is being continued. Thanks to all involved.
I'm in agreement with Motif regarding the horse textures however, and to a lesser extent the horse armour textures. I've modified the horse textures myself, to be more in line with the other passive mobs. The eyes especially have been changed to the classic Isabella eyes.
The colour changes between horses are very subtle, and the random markings are just blank. Mostly just my personal preference and for personal use, but feel free to use the textures however you see fit.

Wow, those look great, glad they made it into the pack. I was working on the horses but these turned out much better than mine (that is a good thing, being able to pick and chose for what is best for the pack)
I know of a update coming soon, bringing minor, but probably mostly liked changes. I will hint that it's becoming a litte more of a resource pack and little less of a texture pack.
I just want to put this out there.
In the 1.5.2 version of Isabella II, you have an accidental copy of the flowing water texture.
Not a major problem, just something bugging me
Actually, I was wondering that too. Particularly if the patch is fixed with the current version of MCPatcher.
Also, I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but the texture for the mule is the same as the donkey at the moment. The grey (bespeckled) horses appear as white too. It seems like now could be a good time to give the horses the extra colors and details they've been needing. Y'know, spots, soot, milky, plain with socks and a stripe on their nose, those kinds of arrangements.

Indeed to the flowers, I would love to try out some creative things and also see some other peoples versions or "take ons". Now I'm not sure whats going on with the mcpatcher and the mule thing though, It may be a bug with the patcher or something. Sorry theres been little updates, school and the fact taht 1.7 isnt out yet has slowed production though I do have a incomplete version of 1.7 I can put up if people want it.
The better question is, unless you are using MCPatcher which has the advantage of adding the same bonus features and then some, why aren't you using optifine? Do you not want Minecraft to look better and have a better FPS, load times, and less stuttering?
I know I've praised this pack before. Hands down though, this is still my favorite texture pack for Minecraft. The color selections are brilliant. The patterns are simple and blend seamlessly.
I've always had issues with the unrealistic resolutions of the photo-realistic packs . If you can't generate a nice looking pack in 16x or 32x - why bother? I mean, Minecraft blocks are already ginormous! Why would you accent them with super high resolution textures? I wish more people would experiment more with color pallets and 16x and 32x resolutions. Summerfields and Jolicraft are also great examples.
Well, that's my rant... Sorry to see Bonemouse go and am happy someone else is picking up the torch.
I'm not sure if this is happening to anyone else, but when I try to use Isabella II (for 1.7.2) I get a very odd problem. At night, the horizon is banded by a very bright white fog, it's very much distracting and doesn't show up with the default texture pack, or for that matter with other texture packs I've tried to use. It appears that even normally the fog effect is there, but somehow it's getting way exaggerated in this case and I wonder if this is happening to anyone else. If anyone has an idea of how I can fix this, I would like to hear it. I don't want to have to give up on my favorite texture pack over a bug of some sort.

If you open up the .rar file and pull the folder into the resource pack folder, it'll show up on the list in-game.
