Wouldn't it be more practicle for us if you started a new thread? So you could update the main post from time to time with new versions of this pack?
I understand what your view is, but there aren't really versions per say anyways, I just push an update whenever I change something. While the archives have a slightly different URL, the project URL is always the same.
Really the best way to follow updates would to be to watch the project on Github, you can get emails and all to notify you. I mainly post here to show some screenshots of recent progress for people interested.
Oh, Suika, I forgot to mention something about one of the types of mobs.
When horses were first released when this thread was started, their textures were never really "completed", so to speak. For instance, one horse color type (gray) is completely overridden by another. I'm not sure if the mule texture is in there or not, I can't remember; but I do know that some patterns are missing as well. It's been a problem for a while so I thought I should let you know about it.
Here's an add-on pack I put together for SuikaCraft: SuikaCraftFoliage
-Uses Wedhro's lagless 3D leaf model, and I made rounded variants of the leaf textures to go with it. I also gave Dark Oaks their own leaf texture (a red-tinted version of the Jungle leaves instead of the standard Birch/Oak) and Acacia uses the Spruce leaf shape instead of the Vanilla Minecraft texture still used in SuikaCraft.
-Fence posts for each wood type use the matching log texture, while still using the plank texture for the boards. Combined with the tweaked leaves, this makes for some really nice custom mini-trees.
-Fixed the partially-mirrored plant models and wrongly-rotated dirt blockstate. EDIT: re-uploaded to correct a bug in the melon stems.
-Jukeboxes show when they have a disc in them. EDIT: re-uploaded to correct a bug in the disc model.
-Included the waterlily and vine models from the SuikaCraft (experimental?) model pack
-The wooden double-slab blocks have their textures rotated 90*, so you can have vertical panels on your walls, vertical wooden pillars, patterned wooden floors, etc. Normal planks and slabs are unchanged.
-The stone brick double-slab block uses a stone-colored clay/nether (small) brick texture, very nice for paths and retaining walls. Normal stone brick blocks and slabs are unchanged.
Hey! Just saying that this is the best resource pack out there. It's really the only one for people who want a gloomy feel. Is this pack still being updated?
Thanks, I got the pack to work. I was running into some issues with the foliage tweaks however. Whenever I was close to a tree and moved my cross-hairs across it, my look sensitivity would seem to spike until I was looking somewhere else.
I tried adding the foliage first in-game then tried adding it second. Same results. Let me know what I might be doing wrong.

Wow, wish i had know that before i spent time messing about with it on my own! took me so much time to customize the gui, cant imagine doing the whole thing! thanks.
Re: horse textures, I just had a browse through the folder. In SuikaCraft 1.10, all the varieties are now present, and have their own textures (no duplicates). Some of them are very similar compared to vanilla, but none are identical. (For example, mules are more grey than in vanilla, but they are taller and darker than donkeys.) They also seem to be more-or-less matching with the vanilla colors, so none of them are obviously swapped.
Sorry I've not replied recently, I was away for a while and a couple days after I returned my GPU decided it didn't want to live anymore. So right now I'm waiting to snatch a certain GPU when it goes in stock. I'll get back to everything (hopefully) soon.
Are you excited for the new blocks and mobs? I'm interested to see how you handle the evil villagers and the llamas (with harnesses!). Someone made a nice list of the 16w39 texture changes here.
Thanks for that list! I haven't followed too closely, but the mobs seem pretty cool. I can't say Im a fan of any of the structures they add in the game, the pyramids and temples were alright, but then the water temple were hideous, the End structures aren't too pretty either. So I can just hope that the mansions do not stick out like a sore thumb.
And I'll make a new thread for any Isabella II branches to have as a homepage for up to date versions.

As I've got it rather organised, you could just go to https://github.com/yurisuika/SuikaCraft/blob/master/SuikaCraft 1.10.zip?raw=true for a direct download, and a year later or so when 1.11 would be in the works, just change the penultimate "0" to a "1" and you would surely get a download for the 1.11 textures.

Thanks, I'll get to the mobs soon, upgrading to Windows 10 has been a joy and a terror.

There's also a variant with a subdued Autumn leaf color: SuikaCraftFoliage-Autumn

Hey, I'm not very good at this; could you help me out and tell me where to put each of the three files in the zip folder?
Don't extract anything, just put the zip files in the "resourcepacks" folder of minecraft.
Then in the game, I think you need to put the foliage pack (foliage OR autunm variant) before the Suikacraft pack.
Thanks, I got the pack to work. I was running into some issues with the foliage tweaks however. Whenever I was close to a tree and moved my cross-hairs across it, my look sensitivity would seem to spike until I was looking somewhere else.

That's... odd. I don't suppose you could use the Shift-F3 profiler chart to show which bit of Minecraft is causing the lag spikes?
Anyone make the 1.9 brewing stand GUI texture yet? it eludes me but i made this handy dandy inventory for 1.9+!
SuikaCraft is a fork of Isabella II that has been updated to 1.10, and has the new GUIs.
Wow, wish i had know that before i spent time messing about with it on my own! took me so much time to customize the gui, cant imagine doing the whole thing! thanks.
And that's why it would be better to create a new thread, so people would get easily to that new version.
Yeah, sorry but it seems I'm insisting... XD
i was wondering... when do you think it'll be updated to 1.10.2?
SuikaCraft is up to date with 1.10 content. OttosonicSrugs doesn't seem to be updating the version on the first page anymore.
Will anyone fix the horse textures? Err, that sounded unintentionally passive aggressive. Sorry.
Just asking.

Radical, thanks for telling me!
