Here are the three new stone variants and their smooth versions.
I like them, but I feel like I'm starting to get some detail creep....what do you guys think, too detailed?
I think the deal here is not that the designs are too detailed, but the shading is too detailed and a lot of the pixel clusters are too small.
I think the dark stone is pretty alright. The other two have too many colors, I think. Your stone is made of 2 colors, then the Granite(?) has 4, even though it's in the same style. The white stone, Diorite(?) has 4, I think, and it really contrasted, and its polished version does seem a tab bit too detailed.
Also, it might help the Andesite(?) to remove those single pixels of midtone in the lighter squares.
I like them except for the polished diorite, might be the black square in the middle but I just don't really like it. I think the granite would be better if the darker colour was more evenly distributed if possible too, it's causing a bit of an obvious stripe right now. I really like the colour choices though, I think that's great.
I like them, but I think the smooth variants have too many clusters without enough relationship between them. I really liked your style with the clay brick texture ("brick.png") the short sides of the bricks always faced the long sides of the bricks. It felt really...integrated. It was really easy to unify them in my mind. When I look at the polished diorite, I have a hard time pulling all of those clusters together, you know? I guess looking at the clay brick texture makes me feel it was more than the sum of its parts, whereas these smooth stone variants don't make me feel the same way, if that makes any sense.
have you heard about the 3d support thats coming? Are you going to be applying this to dandelion? its my favourite pack ever and i hate the thought of being without it but i am eager to try out the 3d packs when they start coming out.

Nope. I have enough stuff to worry about without trying to figure out 3D. And there's not really a need for it, as far as I can see.
Hope that the criticisms on this thread doesn't make it seem that this pack is anything short of wonderful. This pack is already so close to perfection that it's hard not to want to get it all the way there. Anyway, thanks, for listening to criticisms of your pack - you're awesome! ^^
I absolutely love your texture pack!! I've been using it for a while now and lets be honest I've tried other texture packs but I always end up coming back to this one!! Its by far my favourite one I've seen! I love everything about this pack!
I only have one request and I understand if its not possible! I can only imagine how much work went into making this masterpiece. I started use Bibliocraft and was hoping possibly that the textures would transfer over but sadly they don't
My request is that would it be at all possible for your incredible texture pack to support Bibliocraft?
Hey Steelfeathers, any word on new BOP textures? I just came back to minecraft and BOP and it looks like things have been changed around quite a bit. Before I set into the task of figuring out what needs to be updated/replaced/textured from scratch on my own, I wanted to see if you already knew what's needed, if you had stuff done, or if you wanted some help!

Edit:
I figured out what needs updating.
There's also candycane, cookie, and cake blocks, as well as some christams and april fools stuff, but I don't think they generate.
Sorry for taking so long to reply. I've already gotten most everything sorted with the BOP textures, except for the new varieties of flowers. If you want to take a crack at them, be my guest.
Quote from Dante_Solablood»Hey Steelfeathers, it took a while but I eventually got to another of your fabulous resource packs! Here's my review, let me know what you think & feel free to use the video to promote your work.

In other news, I have BOP back up and running! So expect some new BOP textures coming down the pipeline soon.
The pack is currently 1.7 compatible. Just redownload if you have an old version.

Also, yay, new BOP textures! *u* *dances giddily*

Great review, thanks!

Nope, no 32x version. I have no intention of re-doing this pack from scratch.
Ah, alright. No problem with me. :3
It's still my favourite resource pack, and probably will until Dragon Dance is finished.

The exp bar error doesn't show up on snapshot versions of Minecraft but on 1.7.10 it shows up all the time.
The glass panes looks like they are overlapping.
Just to let you know. Awesome resource pack btw!
Those are both vanilla bugs.
