I would like to see packed ice using CTM. I wish it would look like normal ice but with bright gradient borders :3
Good job with the trees.
That's a good idea, it fits with what I had in mind for the texture too so I'll make that as soon as MCPatcher is out for 1.7 and I can test what it looks like in-game.
Why do the villager zombies still look ridiculous?
-snip-
P.S.: This is my favorite resource pack. I dig the new sounds too.
Yea, I did delete the zombie head so it was just the zombie villager head at one stage but I've obviously put it in again for some reason....
Oh well, I'm making good progress on the villagers again so the zombie villagers will have a proper texture for next update anyway!
As for new stuff/screenshots, I might post some pics of some stuff I've been working on later. Been quite busy with uni the last few days so haven't done as much as I would've liked but progress is progress!
I googled mammatus clouds and have decided very much yes. Cirrus clouds are a good idea too, I'll fit them in somewhere... They're probably one of the easiest cloud types to do for the minecraft clouds.
Hmm... Is there a 32x version (I saw it in the pic)
Are you releasing it?
Erm, I've only posted pixtures of 16x stuff so either you saw another pack or you were mistaken. I'll only be doing a 16x version of pixel perfection. If I do a 32x pack it will be completely different.
Nice, to think I saw this in WIP, now its 2.0. I adore these textures, keep up the good work.
Thanks guys, glad you're liking it!
Also some update news: I'll be posting the update as soon as I complete the villagers. I'm still working on some other random stuff too (redoing cactii, trying to make reeds look good with the new biome tinting, etc.) but I'm mostly focusing on the villagers. Will post pics when I've fully completed a few of them, otherwise I'll just post some pics of more 1.7 stuff and things that I've redone.
Just iron bars, redstone lamps and big mushroom stuff and I think my overhaul of old things is done for the time being. Then I can concentrate 100% on finishing the villagers and releasing the update!
EDIT: Also realised I hadn't showed you the new netherbrick. This has been done for ages but well yea, here'e a pic. We also have a new item pickup noise and a new fire sound, both are really awesome. Thanks again to fuzzball for making them!
you've really come far since your first pack sheep, been here since the beginning and although I don't play minecraft anymore I'm sure everyone appreciates your work!
keep it up, if I ever knuckle down and learn coding properly and decide to make a game I know who I am gonna commission for my pizel art.

Thanks dude and yea, I'd say you're probably my oldest remaining fan!
I remember you commenting all the way back with sheep pack and that was like 2 years ago or something... Time really does fly...
If you ever do get coding down properly send a PM my way, I would love to help out! (also I'm learning coding at university right now so might be able to help on that front too, who knows)
Also just changed the shading on the redstone lamps, amazing how some little changes can make such a big difference... >.>

I like how you sort of made the glowstone glow.

Lookin' great sheep! I also have a new pick up sound coming up in my new update. Mine is kind of like a leather inventory sound. Really fun to play with! Also that shading does make a big improvement.
Heres some small criticism:
Iron and gold ore are kinda squishy orb looking. Not sure if I enjoy seeing that.
Emerald block is also kinda squishy but I like it for some reason.
Iron bars look weird in strongholds and some other builds.
Cauldron doesn't really feel like its up to part with your other textures
Like I said, its small. Everything else is pixel perfect.
I'll see what I can do about the gold although I'm really happy with the iron as it is. Iron bars are currently being changed actually (still gonna be able to use them as windows I guess but they're actually bars now) and I'll definitely have a look at the cauldron because I think I agree with you, it's pretty average looking ATM.
Good job with the trees.

Thanks! Hopefully the next update only improves it further... ;P

New cactii and desert shrub.

Heh, we haven't done too much coding yet since I'm actually doing an engineering degree, but I may do a lot more in the near future so who knows.
Nice to know I'll still see you kicking around from time to time though, good to see some old school peeps in this thread again!

Iron bars and cauldron up next!
