It doesn't change the look of minecraft too much at all. Only, there are many subtle DBZ related changes.

Angry wolves become the Great Ape
Some villagers look somewhat human

These are most of the differences in the texture pack.
There are also many differences in other things as well, that go along with the original DBZ map, such as GUI changes, greener grass, and all armor is re-skinned.

namek grass color needs work if you rmember its more of an aqua green
We experimented with a bunch of different colors. The one on the texture pack now went the best with the rest of namek. The texture's of namek were all messed up when water couldn't change green
