So, just wanted to let you know that 1.11 is said to have features announced at Minecon which is in late September.
So the whole "speedy updates" thing seems to not be true, at least for the next major update.
So rest easy, you've got another 3 months or so before you may want to update anything.

So, I started with a lot of "So"s.
So... yeah.
Right now I'm taking a business communications class as part of MBA program and it's essentially a presentation skills class. Our professor is a nightmare in regards to filler words - he will point out every single 'um' and 'uh' mid-sentence and then just smile when you get flustered. I've been fairly immune from it because I've already been working to kick the filler habit prior to the class, but instead I'm now hearing all my OTHER filler words. Like 'so'. And 'well'. But mostly 'so'.
Hi, im not sure if its just me, but the plain glass textures aren't transparent for me. It works with other texture packs so I thought it must be this, although I was using optifine.
Basically instead of being transparent its just grey. The coloured textures are fine but when its plain glass its grey.
Dosia is correct, that's the issue. Optifine is the issue. I've been meaning to package an optifine version in all the packs so people can swap it out if they have problems.
Hi, it's awsome texture pack. One of the most detailed i have seen.
One question though: Should the top of precious block (like diamond, gold etc.) look like the sides of it? They look awsome from if you look at them from any side, but if you look at them from above (or below) they look good only from one point of view.
Wouldn't it look better, if they had symmetrical tops, like the medieval one?
I'm so sorry it looks kinda passive-aggresive, but I'm not an english speaker, and I couldn't find better words for this T.T
I really appreciate your work
First off: you're fine, it's not passive-aggressive. I don't mind people making suggestions on how the pack could be better, because I enjoy hearing what people think and how it could improve. I only think it's rude when I get someone that's like, 'I won't use this pack unless you change this'. Obviously, they don't get what they want. But I appreciate your feedback, it's just the kind of thing I like to hear and will use if I can!
I agree that it would look better with symmetrical tops, but I don't want to get rid of the directional designs either. If default Minecraft lets you set a variant top, I'd do that, but I haven't researched yet to see if that's possible.

I've done it before. Will have to get it to work again, but it's just basically telling the JSON file that the top/bottom of the block is some other texture, and providing the name for it.

That doesn't sound hard. JSON is pretty easy to work with, after all. If you can find where you've done it before, please let me know the syntax, otherwise I'll take a look after I get done with some other webpage building stuff I promised to get done this week for someone.

Hey, I love the pack! But i have to say, you need to make your glass.png files completely transparent.Vanilla minecraft is fine but when used with Optifine, the glass becomes opaque. I found out because it's hard coded that glass can have opaque pixels and 100% transparent pixels and nothing in between. If there are semi-transparent pixels, they take the average color or something and fill it in. I removed all the pixels in the glass except for the opaque ones to make sure and that was indeed the problem.
So yeah, I would suggest you do that so they work with Optifine.

As a rule, I make my packs work with default Minecraft. I don't change things for mods. I am uploading a version of Wolfhound with a fully transparent glass included, though, so that if you use optifine you can just drop that in there and replace the current one.
There's some other changes in there too. Updated the chicken and added some end textures for the ore blocks. I'll update the rest of the packs when the textures are done.
Your decorative blocks always looked a bit odd on the floor.
Now they look amazing! I mean, I'm not just butt kissing, these new things are freaking awesome.
Only 2 issues.
Is that meant to happen?
and in Dungeon....
Your Despencer and Dropper have turned into a Derpspencer and a Flopper when placed on the ground.

Okay, the dispenser/dropper is Minecraft. It re-orients them similar to how it does with the logs. I'm not sure I should fix this, as it might be confusing as to what orientation something is otherwise. As for the redstone lamp... I can't believe I finally get to say this...
WORKS ON MY MACHINE
(troll face goes here)
But seriously, maybe reload the game and we can debug further if it's still happening?
I'm starting up Minecraft to test it and I think I might have already seen where I went wrong....
...
Eeyup. I see where I went wrong.
So, I had the Dungeon pack underneath the Classic pack and you already see where this is going. lol
Sorrrry! >ω<
Also, as for the Derpspencer and Floppers... Yeah, I see what's happening there too.
Guess that's just an issue with Minecraft itself.
I mean, you could use the JSON models and make the model just a pure box so it basically looks exactly the same as a regular block but fixes that?
Or you could just ignore it. lol

I actually use the base Block.JSON file as the foundation, as there's not need to mess with placement overall. Then it's just a matter of adding a new texture name, point that to the right file, and replace the texture name for the specific side with the new one.
So, the "Make your own pack" site you took down because it was waaay too annoying to upkeep and stuff.
But is it possible you could release a .zip file that has all the textures in it so we can do it ourselves?
I mean, I own all your packs so I could just do it myself for personal use, but not for all of them.
Namely the ability to have gold ore from "Fantasy" on Classic stone or something like that and some outdated tools/textures that were still cool and stuff.
So like, outdated and non compressed textures?
I just loved the mixing and matching of ores and stone.
If this is any trouble at all just slap me and ignore this request then. lol
I have a good deal of older textures and items as well, but I'm guessing you'd have more seeing as I wasn't intending on keeping the old ones around for this reason.
The main thing I'm looking for is the ore textures that's not flattened on stone yet, so I can mix and match like I could before.
I'd try just doing it myself, but my digital art programs aren't the best and I'm not too hot at digital arts. lol
while playing I found the glass in my hand is clear, but the glass placed is white. I looked over the files and they're as clear as day. would it be possible to get this fixed?
The issue is with OptiFine, not this pack.
The pack is intended for Vanilla use so OptiFine is a bit wonky with it, though the issue is being looked into I'd suggest just editing them yourself.

I did suggest that she send me a copy of her workfiles through Dropbox for this very reason, but she hasn't done so since then. *shrugs*
I do have an archive of as much of the old stuff as I could get, though.

The I'd guess it's something with your graphics card because most people have no issue with it, even with Intel.
