It's 16x16 resolution, and it won't boost fps.
You should go check out Steelfeather's texture pack guide in the texture pack discussion forum for some tips :smile.gif:
1. This is 16x16 based resolution.
2. You barely changed anything.
3. Your "in game" screenshot is just the texture file.
4. It is impossible for a 16x16 to boost performance as that is the standard resolution.
5. Your 1st, 2nd, 99th texture pack is never an excuse for shitty work.

how is this bad everyone i showed this to love it... and they all got there fps boosted >.< and what do people use other then paint.net then ...i have no clue i usaly get 23 fps with default texture pack now i get over 40 so rlly over 5 fps :tongue.gif: worked for my friend to ( what elese can u use other then paint.net ?

I reccomend you use GIMP, it's alot better (especially for 32x res packs) and it holds tranparency.
Mostly depends on computer your using your fps.
