So, Santi, you have to admit gift-wrapped TNT doesn't fit in so much with the whole "apocalypse" theme. Why not make the gasoline canister TNT? I mean, with the mutant creepers, they could be coated with an explosive, slimy liquid. Makes more sense in the scenery, does it not?

I might actually turn it into some kind of time bomb with wiring etc. But that's kinda way down the list right now.
The present is actually left over from the days when this was just a personal project between a few friends and myself, heh.

I really love this texture pack and I use it almost all the time. I have a request though, could you possibly make a zombie apocalypse texture pack? If you do I recommend keeping the pack close to the end is extremely nigh but with a modern and less dilapidated touch. If you did, keep the road blocks the same, change the T.V./radio block, the wooden door to be more modern and restored, and the paintings updated. I also recommend adding a female zombie skin and changing the skeletons skins.
Oh, and change the regular chest to be that of a normal supply box, but that's your choice.
Haha, your texture pack makes it easy to spend lots of time on the details. Thanks for the compliment!
By the way, The Bloat and the new creeper both look wonderfully disturbing! Good job!
Dude, you should see the Bloat's firing skin... talk about disturbing. Let me put it this way, the layer folder for it in Photoshop is labelled "Open Wide."
The nether's new tumor/growth theme is awesomely disgusting. I am so torn between wanting to see the new textures, and not going to the nether ever again, even in creative mode

Still not 100% on whether or not I like the enchantment table. Too much stuff going on at once, really. The "Green Screen" effect doesn't really hold up if you add in colored items and text.

could be something like tesla coils wrapping around the item you enchant or something you know more machinery less holography

Probably will get confusing at some point, my guess is that you leave it the way it is, and wait for more feedback. Personally i like the "computerish" look, but in most cases i prefer whole outline box where items are..
Presenting the Old York tower, the biggest and most complex building I've done so far!
It's based on the Yorkville building in the Downtown New Crafton map, with extensive... "renovations". I was going for a ruin patten that suggests multiple smallish rocket strikes. This one would be my choice for a base - room enough for a whole colony of survivors, with apartments and office spaces of various sizes.
Inspired by d341jerman, I made randomized foundations for 2 of my buildings.
And something I finally got around to building
I designed this sub to be sunk, so it doesn't have a lot of fancy bits. Most of the interior walls use a random rule to create a jumble of nearly all the technical-looking blocks. Bring your diving helmet, air bucket, and light source for salvage operations!
Also: road fragments, a brick sewer dungeon and a small buried bomb shelter.

The Bloat's WIP shot

The Bloat is done! Finished his tentacles and the former ghast's firing texture variant.

Craft it!
WIP enchantment screen.
Well I know what I'm doing this weekend!
I'm happier with this variation, but ARGH, that damned 3D book is showing up here too. Hmm. Might have to tackle this one later.
Yeah, that book is hard coded in, so you wold have to make the book texture invisible.

Getting pretty close to making a full pack out of this!
I like this one better as well! I kinda like the way the book sits over the SANTECH logo too. Very modern.
*salivates* Nicely done! Excellent work! Do you mind if I use these in my next map, Gasoline Dorado?
I really am consistently impressed with your work, Cavechunk!
