The Realistically Colored Ores Pack!
This is my first pack and is not that amazing..BUT I would love to get some support because I have many diabolical plans to make a full pack of a different theme later on.
Here are some pictures:
1.0:
-Set all ores to their more 'realistic' colors
-Made obsidian darker
-Changed Iron,Gold, and Diamond Blocks texture to look more 'realistically' colored
-Made Iron, and Diamond Armour look like its materiel
-Made Iron/Gold Ingots, Redstone, and Diamonds more 'realistically' colored
-Randomly made Mushroom Soup different
-Changed Stone, Iron, and Diamond tools to match their material
-Made the wooden sword look like a club (Personal Preference)
-Made buckets look darker (to match their material)
-Tried to make Cooked Pork 'more cooked' but failed and had to fix to a less awesome texture
There are pictures on my side. I wonder what is wrong.
Well, I have noticed that you are using Dropbox to host your pictures, it could be that they are not yet uploaded for everyone, and that is why only you can see them. Another possible reason is because they are not in the public folder, but the URL states it is =o
Anyway, hope they are up soon <3

Wind Waker Texture Pack and for Pocket Edition! ~ Texture Pack Central - Large directory of Texture Packs!
Please add pictures, I love seeing realistic packs =D
Added links to the pictures. I think i may disappoint you with the 'realism' of this pack.
This was really just an attempt to start making texture packs.

Ah, I think I have figured out why it won't work, you need to change the permissions of the picture and/or public folder. When trying to directly access the pictures I get error 403 which means there is a problem with permissions =)
Hope this helps! <3

Thanks, the pictures are in public although I did just put them there so it may be a while for them to be up.
Also, if those imgur ones are the screenshots of your texture pack... then... what is the difference between this and the default? =o
I had a chemistry class while I was thinking of an idea for a texture pack, and when I realized that the colors of the minerals/ores in Minecraft are not 'correct' I thought it would be easy to just change the colors of the metals to match their real life counterparts so I did that. This honestly was just a way for me to practice my texture making skills this really was not meant to be a full or in anyway professional texture pack. Sorry to let you down on the 'realistic' title I should probably change that :/
looks prett cool :smile.gif: awesome idea you have, but i suggest u add your own style to the ores (rock color, tint, og texture, ect) it would look pretty cool. :wink.gif:

This pack is kinda just a test to start texture packing for real.

Obviously I have not changed a lot,but I have to get started somewhere!
This pack will probably not gonna be up-dated due to me planning to make other packs.
