See the big picture a few posts above you ye all its a update though a unofficail one you copy it and replace the current terrain picture with it and then its updated in terrain at least
yeah but the whole texturepack with the items skin armour is better
Currently working on the texture pack. I'll pick up where my bro left off. Return of the swirly glowstone as the new redstone lamps (I loved the way those looked). Trying to get the different colored wood looking like acceptable variations.
I was seriously sitting here saying, which texture pack was it that i used to use that didnt update. My boyfriend and i were talking about it and then i saw this and i was like THATS IT!! Yesssssss

I don't have any plans to alter the GUI. I'm focusing strictly on the environment textures, as it's really the only part that looks bad enough to warrant the effort it would take to change it.
In my eyes, the stone textures could do with a slightly bluer hue, I think it would fit in a bit better with the rest of the terrain. Though I am a big fan of the pack in general.
I didn't want to make the stone too blue. I decided it would be best to make the stone progressively bluer as you go from unaltered to altered stone. So normal stone would have a slight blue tint, while cobblestone has a slightly deeper blue. I also found that making the stone too blue adds unnatural contrast between the cool stone texture and the warm dirt texture, which isn't something I want in a generated world. That said, you're still entitled to your opinion that it should be more blue, but in my early tests, I found it better to keep the blue subtle, at least for the natural stone.
love the pack but my light wood is a purple/lilac colour, is there a patcher?
You may have an old version of the texture pack that still has the purple placeholder tiles for unfinished textures in the terrain.png image. Try downloading the update again.
Is there a possibility you'll maybe edit all of the items and mobs?
Also you seem to have a rogue pixel on your tilled soil block.
Mobs and items aren't likely. The main reason I made this pack was so the environment looked better and was overall more suited to my needs. mobs and items aren't vital to that goal, and while it would be nice to call the pack truly complete, I don't want to put the time into making those textures and sprites when it really doesn't detract from the experience of the pack IMO.
And thanks for catching that pixel. I went ahead and fixed it.

Ah, alright, only reason I asked is, I personally prefer to use complete texture packs, mostly because the default items often clash with the theme of the texture pack. Yours doesn't at all, but I was still curious.

I'm glad you like it.
No problem!

You're welcome.
