Thanks! I updated the first post with 2 new screenshots showing a snowy area (While snowing), and my one forest map while raining. I used the rain and snow from my old pack which I stopped working on (It was called Rainy Day), in case anyone notices.
I tried giving each ore it's own little "attribute." For instance, the coal ore has coal smeared on the stone, the gold ore has specks of gold on the rock, etc.
I also added:
- Snow
- Ice (I'm probabaly going to redo it)
- Redone Wood (I didn't like the old one)
I haven't started on the items, and I won't until I finish the terrain.png.
BTW, I added a download in the first post for those who want to try it. It's still very early in it's stages, and some textures look crappy (Specifically cobblestone. :tongue.gif:).
I like your ores, always puts me off a bit when the ores are just a single giant chunk of color.
Thanks. I was originally just going to do that (Make one ore, copypasta, recolor, etc.), but I want this pack to be the best I can make it, so I made them all original (Except coal, which is gold ore with editing).
Could you possibly add pictures of what all the blocks look like, armor, and items. From what ive seen so far i love the pack. But before i download i was wondering i you could show what they look like so far. I love how it looks. cant wait to see the end product or at-least more of the current. (hopefully this can be a second pack i use.)
I'd rather hold off doing the "texture pack test track" thing until I have all the block textures done. You can download the .zip file and look at the terrain.png, or just try it in-game yourself if you want.

Lol. Thanks. Don't forget, it's still a WIP, so a lot of textures are still the MC defaults.
EDIT: Crap, forgot to update the DL link. Use this one: http://www.mediafire.com/?08re3pbudzhpjbb
I tried to go for a subtle, yet nice-looking water. Think I did a decent job.
