Q&As Q: How can I use a different version of Bukkit, with BSM? A: As of 1.0.3.0 BSM has a built-in option to pick a version. If a version is not listed that you would like to use download the version of Bukkit you like (1.1+) and rename the file to server.jar and place in the bukkit directory. Note: If its not approved by BSM on the list it may not work, use at your own risk.
Q: I'm having an issue with BSM, help! A: Sure! I would love to help, but I do need error reports, screenshots, really anything would help.

I am running this but when I try to connect to my own server it just sticks on connecting. It works fine with a default minecraft server.exe but I can't connect when hosting through your program.
Note: on the CraftBukkit 1.2.3 update, if you download the new craftbukkit-1.2.3-R0.1.jar then replace the one that this app downloads and launch it will launch using 1.2.3.
To get the 1.2.3 use this link if you don't already know.

What does the server log say? Does it say you connected then disconnected?
With the vanilla server, are you running it on the same pc?
Whats your version of Java?
What is your client version?
Chances are Bukkit server is out of date. Your client is 1.2.3 (if you updated it) and the server is still 1.1 (becuase there is not a current reccomended bulld for Bukkit 1.2+)
Check the Q&As section for how to use a custom version of Bukkit.
I love the look of it, really clean and looks easy to use, however my server starts fine, but when i try and log in it just stops at the "Logging in" page than times out
any ideas why?
Edit: Nvm, works fine such an awesome thing for servers
OMG all this stuff i download but doesnt work. they all just go straight to winrar or java or something at one point i found a good download but then i couldnt find it on my pc and my server is on their so i need it.

At what point does it not work? Does buksm.exe start up? Does it give an error? If you ran buksm.exe right out of the zip when you downloaded it, WinZip or WinRAR would of put the exe in a temporary directory.
Check your temp directory. Press the Windows key on your keyboard and R. Or open "Run..." from your start menu. Then type %temp% . Look around in there.
my other issue is that when I download it and start it up and close it i cant find it to Start it up again
When you download from the links above, step me through what you do next. Does something just come up and you double click on buksm.exe? If you are doing this, you need to extract the ZIP file to your desktop, then run buksm.exe from there. But it will generate a new server, so you need to find and move the "bukkit" folder to your desktop too.
I have been using this for some days now after the idiocy of my first few posts and it is exceptional. If the author needs help doing anything you can pm me.

So far so good, been running it for ~2 days straight.
An unimportant suggestion, a button underneath "Backup Server" (or near "stop server") for force saving? Just a thought.
I will add a button for that next update. But if you mean so you can do it before each backup, it automatically runs a /save-all command before.
When you download from the links above, step me through what you do next. Does something just come up and you double click on buksm.exe? This does not look the same anymore, updated in version 1.0.7.1
Improved Main Screen
For the automatic backups, does it make a new one every set interval, or does it rewrite?
Unrelated, but does anyone know if a similar GUI exists for creating/editing basic permissions?
Keep up the great work. I really love this thing! I only run a small server for a handful of friends, but this has made things so much easier.
It makes a new backup every time.
