can you do a wall teleporter? you do a rune like this

the first teleporter with right click on a wall and the second teleporter with left click on an other wall, it will be good for make walls teleporters to link world each other without use the floor teleporter
maybe i misunderstand, but you do realize you can already make vertical wall teleporters right? just build a teleporter like you normally would on the floor, except the signature placement is dependent on the orientation. north is always top and south is always bottom. east is east OR north, depending on orientation, and west is the one that's not east. works just the same as ones on the floor, and with multiworld support you can put in the disabled runes.txt "enable multiworld travel" to allow it to link to a waypoint in another world. If you want it to only be made as a link between worlds at that spot so no one else can, just make it of a material that no one else will use then after it is made disable the creation of that kind of teleporter anywhere else in the world. hope this helps :smile.gif:

a way to make REALLY large trees for asthetics and for housing/landmarks.

I'm having problem with setting the initiation mod on my bukkit server. I tried to write ''initiation'' in the disable-rune.txt, but when I try to activate the rune it said: '' All may already manypulate the aether''. I tried to put ''initiation true'' and many other things put it didn't worked.

it's just "initiation" and you need to restart the server after enabling it.

My ankle's uncle is my uncle's ankle. It's true! My Server Mods: Runecraft SMP Server Mod - java class replacer for SMP which adds magic runes. Llamacraft SMP Server Mod - bucket fix, lava nerf, etc.
Would it be possible to do a "light" rune? In effect, it'd permanently create a stationary but powerful sphere of light, useful for rapidly lighting caves. The light radius would be up to you.
An expansion upon that would be the "Cleansing Light" rune. As a light source it'd be as powerful as the standard "light" rune with its duration dependent on the tier block used. Its key difference would be acting as a temporary source of sunlight, setting hostile mobs such as zombies and skeletons on fire and neutralizing spiders -- good luck with creepers, though!
My final suggestion would be the "Spirit of Fire" rune. A modification of the "Freeze" rune, it would set every flammable block within a certain radius alight -- and any mobs unfortunate enough to be standing on them!

Is it possible to make a rune that would "link" runes. so say you make a diamond block linked with a stone block, you break the diamond and the stone removed itself, i think it would be useful for traps. such as lava and water falling on someone, and maby the ability to link more than one block to one "activator" such as this

I have it enabled; on reading my first post I realized that I wasn't very helpful or specific. The mod is running fine on my server, I have the "enable multiworld travel" option added in, and I am running bukkit. I built two two way teleporters, on on either map, but they didn't link. Also noteworthy, the server wont let me change the "level name" option in the server config file. I know it's something I'm doing wrong, I just don't know what it is that I'm doing wrong. lol. if anyone who has it running right on their server could give me a holler, that'd be great.
I Downloaded Runecraft downloaded minecraftserver.jar and put it in my minecraft server folder dragged the runecraft zip folders contents into my server.jar and ran my server made a few runes and they don't work and in the server program it doesn't say anything about any runecraft or anything it just runs like a vanilla server (NON BUKKIT) helllp
are you running it with the .exe or from the minecraft_server.jar? if you are running it from the .exe it won't use runecraft.

Secret Rune. Phase blocks. No more info. No activator required, only right click.
i know about those, i mean to have a trap, not a secret entrance or anything like that.
Add a rune which 'empowers' the next rune cast by adding the value of the tier used to the tier value of the next rune used. Empower may or may not itself count- if it does, it should probably only get half the benefit in order to keep things from getting crazy.
The motivation for this is that I find the builder runes- wall and bridge master- are really, really nice ways of building large structures with a degree of ease but without outright cheating it out with worldedit or something. Sometimes these structures need more than 13 blocks of height or width, and while there's a certain balance to having to rebuild the rune over and over, it becomes painstaking when doing multiple-story simple constructions.
It makes sense for this rune to be expensive materials-wise. I'm just looking for greater potential, here.
