1. Will have this option in next version.
2. You can do this already:
Open the .bat file
change "PING 1.1.1.1 -n 1 -w 60000 >NUL" to
"PING 1.1.1.1 -n 1 -w NEWAMOUNT >NUL"
where NEWAMOUNT is the milliseconds (60*minutes*1000)
Thanks.
Also, will attempt some basic raytracing to reduce HQ lag, and also work on rotating map.
Did you make the tilesets by hand, or was there a method? I made texture pack and I'd like to make a tileset to match it. Just wondering if you had any suggestions on an easy way to do it :biggrin.gif:
@minimanz
1. How long does it take to render
2. OS?
3. Custom server?
@Lightwarrior
If you show me the level I can maybe get it to work on my computer.
1. The video? Not too long, it varies with how long it is but they're around 1:20 long and the video renders fairly quickly.
2. Windows XP
3. Nope, straight up normal server software from notch. Nothing added or taken away.
MiniManz, your problem really doesn't seem to have anything to do with IsoCraft. It's a Windows Movie Maker issue.
Do the pictures that IsoCraft creates come out okay or not? That's the only question here.

I'm not using Windows Movie Maker. I'm using Vegas.
And yeah, the images seem to come out just fine. I can't view through all 800+ of them but all the images seem fine. For an example of my problem here is one of the few videos I've put up.
^ I've never used Vegas, but I used to use WMM for Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 quite often.
I remember that WMM didn't always like the PNG format. Vegas may be the same way. I would recommend doing a mass conversion from PNG to JPG and seeing if that works better.
....I used to have a program that could convert pictures en masse, but I can't find the link anymore. I'll look more tonight.

@pubby
i really think you should just change ur bat file to include the minecraft-server.jar class path so it would be easier on most ppl. then u just have to have them DL the minecraft-server.jar file and place it in the same folder as your file.
Well the image converting thing still didn't work. I'm pretty sure that it's the way they are named and they're getting all mixed up. Might I suggest another way of naming the files? Like maybe timelapse000001, timelapse 000002 and etc? And would it be possible to have them save as anything but a bmp?

Option 2:
Rotate 45 degrees and then flatten to 50% for the top
skew 50% for the sides
I may make a tileset maker later. A crappy one of course.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
I can't seem to find it . . . .
=/
I'd include it with the .jar, but I don't think notch will let me.

Nice tileset.
AND IS THIS HIGH ENOUGH QUALITY FOR YOU? lol
Making something that exports tilesets from terrain.png. Will let you make tilesets from any mod!
Realistic texture. Was extremely easy to make! Some shadow glitchs are in water so don't mind them -- will fix.
Working on corner detection. It can be hard to tell depth when textures blend together.
You have no idea how happy Isocraft has made me as a server admin, pubby.
I thank thee from the depths of my corner of the serversphere.
Word brother.
I look forward to the next version and I hope they can be saved as something other than bmp and my problem is solved one way or another. :smile.gif:
That is extremely cool, pubby!
