May you add a config option for disabling the pumping of the gases or the expansion of their size in normal containers? (please i want to have this mod in my pack but its unbalancing it ...)

ExtraCells2 has no API for blacklisting fluids, so I have no means to prevent it from using the essentia gas.
The expansion of size refers to the essentia <-> gas conversion. 1 Essentia = 250 Milibuckets of fluid.
Sure but may you add a config so anyone can edit the expansion ratio as he wants (like setting it in the config to 1 Essentia = 1000mb instead of the standard 250 mb) but the standard still being the 250 mb ...

I can add that to the ToDo list, I will have to re-work some of the byte formula's, and make sure it avoids round-off error, so it could be an update or two before this makes its way in.
You have a ME export bus on the west side of the cable at X:-493 Z:+318 Y:+80, that is exporting an item that requires a crafting job. During the creation of the automatic crafting job, the network contents is being changed, and thus the CME(ConcurrentModificationException) is being thrown. You should report the issue at https://github.com/AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2/issues if you have not already.
eer that was a rather flawed argument numbah given he was just pointing out Extra cells has one for the RV2 alpha already although i understand thaumic energistics wanting to wait fully stating a version of "Any" addon wont be out is incorrect

"vis import bus": can draw vis from nodes (down to 1 on each aspect), draws vis from wands when right-clicked
I'm currently working on an interface that allows you to link up to the vis relay system. In its current form it is import only. It works in conjunction with the Arcane crafting terminal to recharge the stored wand.
- "vis storage cell": the storage cell for vis; should probably be crafted using wands (aka "mana batteries"), higher tiers needing better wands
- give the arcane crafting interface the ability to also use vis from the AE2-storage
Since wands and crafting staves already perform this function, I am building the devices around using a stored wand. The stored vis in the wand will be local to that machine.
add a mechanic to add and use crafting recipes to AE2 that use vis;
While this is on the ToDo list, it will take me some time to figure out how implement. The current plan is that it will be a block just like the Molecular Assembler, however the GUI will include a slot for a wand and you will need to link the assembler to a vis interface so that it can draw and store vis into the wand.
As the vis interface is nearly done, the next big hurdle for implementing the assembler is asking Thaumcraft for valid recipies. On a table or crafting terminal Thaumcraft uses the player to determine what recipes are valid and what the costs of those recipes will be (equiped armor). Since there is no player directly involved anywhere in the auto-crafting process, I need a way to get a player so that I can pass that player to thaumcraft.
The caveats I am facing are:
Thaumcraft requires a player when checking the recipes.
AE2 does not provide a player for auto-crafting jobs to the assembler, because there is not always a player involved. (Think export bus)
The linked/stored player must be online, else I can't pass that players data to thaumcraft to validate research.
In short: Crafting in Thaumcraft is heavily dependant on the player who is doing the crafting, and automation removes the player from the situation.

Make sure you have the correct version of AE2 and Thaumcraft

"Rv2 Alpha is not compatible with any AE2 addons, do not request add-on authors or other mod developers to support these builds."
A version of any addon will not be released until a beta version of rv2 has been released.

Alpha versions are highly unstable.

For the record: I will not be building against rv2 until it is out of alpha.
