INTRODUCTIONThis mod takes place in World War 2, and you start out like in company of heroes; you start out with a main base and an engineer to build your buildings. It requires some buildings to create other buildings such as a barrack to create a tank/armored car depo. You will fight the oncoming Germans and their bases.

Engineers would build field emplacements for you (machinegun nests, trenches,etc.)nThey can be spawned in the HQ.
RIffleman
Doesn't do much. just has a riffle and shoots the enemy.
It can be spawned in the barracks.
MG team
Has a mounted browning heavy MG.
Can only shoot when guarding an area
Can be spawned by giving a riffleman a browning heavy MG

for the trenches and building stuff all they would have to do is have the engineers start with a item that will spawn blocks(objects) just as the minigun. as for making a building time (such as a loading bar for building) is beyond my capabilities, as of current.

Yeah, I was thinking more of like tale of kingdoms where you have to give them supplies. and minigun? there was no minigun in World War 2

if you want i could help, wouldn't be much of a help, after 1.3.2 my programing of minecraft mods stopped. Still don't have it all figured out. but i was just replying to Rosa's comment on "Might be hard" and instead of saying yea the mod might be tricky, I actually mentioned a possible feature that might be complicated. I don't know how good you are at modding, whether you are a pro or newbie, so i added in a suggestion of how to have engineers make the machine guns (unless you want to craft them, i assumed you wanted them to make them appear on ground) by having an item that spawns them, and i tried to do so in a way that wouldn't make it sound like i was assuming you were "unknowledged" so to speak.
Thats what i was going to do for the germans, but making the people that follow you around... I have no idea.
I am unfamiliar with forge, as i have been working with mod loader mods, and i need forge to do this mod...
always used forge myself. hate to try to pass the blame but i learned from bad tutorials, i used the worst code possible, so now that 1.3.2 came out a bit ago i had no idea how to add multiplayer.

Sounds fun if you need any videos done let me know i do mod reviews and i would love to set you up with something once its out. but if you want any vids done let me know
I have an idea for the NPCs. Tamed wolf traits. Right click after spawned in, stands in a position. Right click again, follows you. Always if even guarding and area, will shoot their gun. Would this solve our problem?

NPC's holding guns is very easy. There is a function that allows you to set the current held item of any mob. I'm using in my own mod right now (link in signature)
EntityLiving.setCurrentItemOrArmor(new ItemStack(**item** **number of items, just don't put anything if you want just one item**)
Mr_Tcreations, as I said in my messenger, I will help if you find somebody to focus just on this mod. I would love to help but I can't focus solely on this.

Java hates me because whatever tutorial i follow, or any instructions, it always says theres an error.... To test it i put in another guys code for his mod, and it still said there were errors. I just opened his code in my java developer..... and thats why we hate eachother

if you can't test it on eclipse then you just recompile and decompile , put your class file to your minecraft.jar !

Still doesnt matter! And i wasnt trying to test my mod on eclipse, eclipse was telling me my code was full of errors. It wasnt a mod i was testing, it was a guys source code that he was giving out, and another guys source code, and i tried following many different tutorials, I cannot code for my life

Ive only introduced what has been done before. Thee only thing that hasnt is the NPCs having guns, and everything in 1 mod
