i think the whole shikai system should have an overhaul. cause 90% of the time unless you run away from most hollows your only gonna get a normal shikai which is boring i think the shikai system should be like this
one you have killed enough hollows and have enough reiatsu you can shift right ciick your zanpakuto can have a box full of question pop up sorta make it like a personality quiz and then when you answer them all you go to your inner world where you right click an npc who is your swords spirit and he turns into your shikai which is based on how you answered the questions with a slight chance for it to be a normal type or a slightly smaller chance for it to be another random type of zapakuto. then you pick up the shikai on the ground and then you are sent back to he real world after you pick it up
you might have to make a few dozen dimensions to go with every zanpakuto tho

I think that sounds awesome! Although you might actually only need to make one dimension that is shared for all types of zanpakuto, and after you answer the questions then the specific NPC for the shikai spawns in that dimension. Still an awesome idea that stays true to the anime

Maybe. We are making it easier to get the type you want, but an inner dimension might be cool. We'll look into it.
One thing that I have noticed while playing the mod is that the spider hollow's hitbox is weird and for some reason you cant hit it with a zanpakuto because it just hits you with out touching you. Also it can hit you through walls. Makes things really frustrating.

another idea to make it easier to get the zanpakuto that you want would be to have the way things are already our to the idea i gave so that if you hunt alot of that element you want like the way it is now and when its time to get questioned by your swords spirit you have a better chance to get that type

Here is an idea, but I am not sure if it is possible. What if when you flash step through or right next to a mob, the camera slows down for like a second or two and gives you a chance to hit them and if you do it gets a critical hit. Just like how Byakuya did that to ichigo at the start of the show.
Also for a PvP sense, if you are being 'flash stepped' you also have a slowed down time and it gives you a chance to block so it isn't super OP.Also an idea for the light shikai could be like a torch wherever you go

Oh, and just telling everyone, if you name a zanpakuto "Master Sword," and make it a light type, it will be the Master Sword from the legend of Zelda. Pretty cool. Yeah but anyway, just wondering if you're going to put fullbring into it. That would make it even cooler.
There's also Vox Populi (fire) and a few others that I can't remember off the top of my head. Master Sword's one of my favorites though (although the shikai phrase is a bit obnoxious).
