I can't find the .zip file that you put in the "mods" folder! EEP! I searched in all the places in the dragonmount_v0 folder. What do I do? I have a Mac by the way... PLEASE HELP!
I found a bug. It seems when you right click the egg in a warm enough spot, it instantly grows to an adult dragon, skipping the wait for it to hatch, and to grow.
Also, it be better if there was a "fish on a stick" for the mouse control thingy.
EDIT: Another bug. When you kill an enderdragon, then unload (leave) the chunks it is in, then come back, it comes back to life, fully healed in the exact same spot it died.
EDIT (again): Another bug, breeding no longer works. when you feed the dragon fish when fully healed, it doesn't go into love mode, it just eats up your fish.
i know this mod isn't really multiplayer focused, but could you please add some of the things you removed like shrinking back into an egg into a config file for client and a server plugin if it is ever released (no doubts there). Me and some friends are making huge bases for a faction server and we built them with the idea that shrinking back into an egg was still possible and if you leave it the way it is, we'd each have to re-do a large part of our bases. I'm not really asking you do this just for me, but I think that other people are a bit disappointed with the removal of some of the features that were in earlier versions of this amazing mod. Anyway, just a suggestion, it would make my life a while lot easier, but if you have some other justification for your actions, I'm fine with it.

Sorry I can't repeat any of these cases. I only thing I noticed is that the dragon appears as an adult for a split second after you actuated the egg. Are you using the ModLoader or Forge version?

Would it be okay if just the owner can turn their dragon back into a dragon egg block? The taming and growth process would become lost, since they can't be stored as metadata properly.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do. The zip file belongs to the "mods" folder, unextracted. If the folder doesn't exist yet, create one or start Minecraft with ModLoader once.

If that would be added, there should be something that prevent you from turning the dragon back to egg by an accident.
I remember that I did it couple of times, when you were able to turn your dragon back to an egg.

I think a better saying instead of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" would be, " If it isn't at its absolute best, there's no reason not to chase perfection"
Please make it not start flying when it takes too long for me to give him fish unless I give it an order to do so? I mean, I hatched the egg, but I forgot that I didn't get fishes, I got the rod, and while I was fishing, he started flying and I noticed that I had lost the egg of that world...
Suggestion 2: When the dragon dies, maybe it drops a dragon egg?
It's part of why MCP (minecraft coder pack) and Forge in general exists, from my understanding (speaking as a guy who reads a lot not a modder) the code in minecraft is encrypted (obfuscated) to avoid people doing exactly what modders do, modifying the code, it's part of the reason why even on a minor version change mods can have a huge amount of difficulty in updating to the new version depending on how the obfuscation was done this time around. Of course I could be completely wrong here if so could Barracuda please correct me.

Thanks, added to the list.

Okay that's just weird... it works just fine in the unobfuscated version, but the problems indeed appear when using the obfuscated version.
