No not yet, I can't seem to replicate this glitch.
Is there anything else you can tell me about it? Like what tool you mined with, what enchantments does it have, what layer did you mine on, and what other mods do you have installed?
Well, this mod has a conflict with the Minecraft Forge, but if you install it BEFORE Minecraft Forge (I.E. MCPatcher or just dragging files to the JAR, then overwriting it with Minecraft Forge) it'll work beautifully with IndustrialCraft, Buildcraft, Fossil/Archaeology and many other mods that require The Forge.
Personally, I would have it supported with IndustrialCraft's Uranium, Tin, and Copper, only thing is that would make the Macerator effectively useless when macerating Tin, Copper, and Iron blocks as they come in Ore instead of blocks, and the blocks produce more Copper/Iron/Tin Dust from the Macerator than from a Furnace.
But no matter, you still can get rewarded with the random amounts of ore you'll mine from Stone and Ore Blocks, which is more than enough for me.
An excellent mod, and surprisingly realistic as I'm sure you don't just get Cobblestone from Stone Blocks, no we gotta have rocks, and rock tools to go with them! We must live as cavemen!
