This is an awesome mod. It's kind of a shame you can't really build inside the kingdom (without risking losing your stuff on upgrades), but that's understandable. It'd be pretty hard to code the mod so that it somehow preserved the things you built/altered.
I found a slight "exploit" in the shop system if you're using Equivalent Exchange. Using the Philosopher's Stone, you can transmute 2 Obsidian -> 2 Lapis Lazuli -> 16 Ice -> 128 Glass Blocks. By doing this and selling the Glass, you can effectively get ~128,000 gold for every single stack of Obsidian.
So this more or less turns Obsidian Aggregators into "Millionaire Machines" :tongue.gif:

See I always turned dirt into clay. Then made brick blocks and sold to vendor. Also with the the changes in 5.x with EE I just buy my Dark Matter since it takes so long to actually wait for condensers to make one. We might have to re-look through the pricing for EE since the update to EE changed a bunch of stuff.
Amazing, this is what I was looking for a long time, an empire-building mod in Minecraft. If only I were excellent at programming, I would help, but I am not. If you have non-programming contributions that need to be made, such as in-depth idea planning, I'd be happy to help when I have time.
you should add stables instead of that blimp thing i saw. a blimp thing in the middle of a kingdom just looks to out of character, whereas a kingdom without stables would not be a proper kingdom.
Umm, Having problems getting this set up, does anyone have a working bin for this that they could upload for me? Can't find a 1.8.1 Modloader, and i don't have it installed previously.
Okay, found one, obvious place, but I get black screen. Eurgh, I think I may have tried to install it before and it didn't work...
When does your screen black screen? After Mojang or what?

There's always going to be exploits, if you wanted, all you would have to do is use TMI and give yourself gold apples and sell them 10000+ ea install apple trees and do same, but this is a single player game each person decides for them self whether or not they want to play with out cheating, I haven't in this game because as soon as I cheat I am no longer interested, because I like the challenge of the game, that's what entices me to play, my son on the other hand loves just adding and taking short cuts, and remains very interested in playing, so to each his own
Using the in game option i have multi million already i have peasants paying 5000 each house a day that's 10 houses 50000 a day, after i invested and saw how much was coming in I couldn't change it back that I regret.
Edit: my son picks on me cause I still buy Diamonds from Stock Market but only when the price is all way down
If tier 4 looks like that (absolutely amazing) then tier 5 is going to be insane! :biggrin.gif: Can't wait for it to update to 1.0.0 it will be worth the wait for sure!

Unfortunataly it's kinda hard to balance the pricing of items to ensure that all mods out there are fair. There's just too many different mods that add different ways to get money. For the best ToK experience, play without other mods :biggrin.gif: (Or just a couple of fair ones)
5. repeat steps 1-4 until you're psychotic enough to kill someone irl
Ohhh! the problem is, risugami replaced the 1.8.1 links with 1.0.0 links! So I've been dling the 1.0.0 file instead of 1.8.1 file the entire time. Well played troll, well played.
So after the nether scum (forget their real names) attacked the kingdom, I see a iron-bar fence pillar/cage going all the way down to bedrock. It's about 8x8, and is in the courtyard near the farmer.
After restoring the guild with 64 wood, the iron cage is hidden, but still exists, just underground. I can't break it.
When completing a quest with Millenaire from 1.92 to recent update 1.10, Millenaire informs me there is a problem with tok.

Great looking mod, but I haven't actually tried it out yet due to starting a new legit world that I'm working on at the moment. I still have a 1.8 jar, so I could always switch to that to try it out until the 1.0.0 version comes out...
Mod maker can you please update your mod I cant do with out the mod it's in possible not to use it:(
The mod author is working as hard as he can, but unfortunataly MCP, the tool most mod makers use to make their mods, is still not updated for 1.0.0, so till that happens TyberAlyx can't even start making the mod compatible.
I am still not convinced with the poll, there isn't much of a big difference between the choices and I don't want to let the others down. May it be wise to take it to the config file again?

Lets be honest here. Tybers too busy playing Skyrim to update :smile.gif:. The lack of MCP and redoing the code is just a minor aspect.

Oh didn't even notice theres a new poll. Ah the planks question comes up again. Reputation is fine IMO, considering the addition of villagers. Maybe make it so the villagers auto return to the guild instead? Planks issue I don't really mind either way, if you do switch it to planks I would increase the amount needed a bit.

Yes, skyrim is eating my life. damn you brooks >.<
Anyways, many players using this mod feels acquainted to use timber mod as well because of the enormous amount of wood needed which breaks the dependency I am doing my best to avoid :sad.gif:
EDIT: Just heard the yogscast apologized which is good and mature in their part, I removed them in the banlist but i still don't like them >.<

1. Downgrade to 1.8.1
2. Install modloader 1.8.1
3. place the mod in the mods folder
4. stare at a black screen of death

Have you gone to the Guild Master and signed your contract?

Is this supposed to be that way, or is it a bug?
