Hey cyan do you happen to know what's going on with the RGB_digimobs server I checked their website but no luck. I did however see that the servers been down for at least 22 hours and I'm really paranoid because I think I might have put my digiegg out a moment before the server went off line and didn't have a chance to pick it back up, so yeah any help with this would be appreciated
You did. And I was in the midst of fixing your egg when you began logging on and off repeatedly, and now I am also stuck in the corrupted chunk the egg created. Server will be down until Stud has the time to fix the egg, because I can't actually do anything about it while I'm stuck with the egg.
Why does everyone want to keep updating for 1.7.10? All of the 3d resource packs are 1.8 and newer I would love to use this mod with them.
Well many mods are used in multiplayer, and as far as I'm aware there isn't a multiplayer compatible / stable release that can host forge mods. That's the reason people continue to update for 1.7.10. Many people have been gradually progressing to 1.8, however the updating progress is troublesome too.
The 1.8 post 3D resource packs could be amazing, and i'm holding out hope someone will do a Digimobs compatible version, updating them to models xD however, only time will tell.

Those are very good reasons. I hope so too that would be really cool your models are amazing and so are the models in the 1.8 packs, it would make for one really good looking minecraft world.
Latest version of this mod is boring and completely unbalanced. The world is empty except for digimon and what you can harvest is all useless. Attempting to even make progress in the mod is a complete joke as there are no healing items or food or anything. Not sure how the mod managed to get worse than it used to be but currently it is horrid.

Are you sure you're playing the latest version? For 1 it's much more balanced than it used to be. The world is empty except for Digimon? I think you're referring to the digital world itself and how there isn't that much there, this is because the Digital world is a fairly new addition to the mod and just hasn't been fleshed out enough and same goes for anything you harvest.
Making progress in the mod isn't even that hard nor is it a joke and instead of saying it is, how about a legitimate reason why it is. There are healing items, which are dropped from Digimon OR you could go creative and give yourself a Vending Machine, of which you can then purchase items. There are plenty of food items, several of which are farm-able plus the many different items, some of which no longer have a use mind you, but are still nice to have.
Your message makes it feel like you haven't actually played the latest version and have instead played an old version or just watched someone play. Suggestions and constructive criticism make things better, complaints don't.

First of all if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it all. Second of all did you even play this for at least 15 min? It is true that we need stuff to harvest but I'm sure Cyan is working on that it will eventually work on it. This mod is actually amazing and no where near a joke. Unless you can make a mod like this you can't say anything about this being a joke. And if you don't like it you can just stop coming to this forum and stop playing the mod rather than try to make fun of this mod by saying it got worded than it used to be.
Could we next time not begin the story and spawn underwater with a lvl 1 Digimon surrounded by lvl 40 digmons. And could we get to mine blocks faster...and a higher drop rate and stuff... thx

-Fixed a few rare bugs that would crash servers when a digimon dodges an attack or an egg hatches.

-Boss digimon have had some stat nerfs
-Boss AI will no longer target digieggs or players
-Boss digimon below level 10 will not be inherently hostile to the digimon around them.
-Digimon Tri event! Defeat the rampaging Alphamon to collect some goodies.

-Aquan digimon have been readded
-Digimon scaling has been added. Digimon may be scaled to 1x larger than their normal size, or .5 smaller than normal size.

Hey Purry. You have too many mods. I got on your server, which is still on Lost Count, and instantly dropped to 3 fps. It wasn't server lag, interactions happened just fine. It was system lag. My client was trying to do too much at one time. it's just awful. Completely awful.
Get a better pc then. I get a buttery smooth 120 fps. Don't be mad at the mod pack be mad at your pc mate. We actually just updated also. Most of the mods don't even do anything to performance. Things aren't loaded unless they need to be. I can run mod packs with one to two hundred mods easy with zero lag, 40 shouldn't do anything honestly.

I run literally everything at a minimum of 60 fps. Your pack though, so laggy. So slow. Your server, so empty, so unloved. It's a bit tragic really. all that effort for almost nothing.
We literally just reopened. At our height we had 20-30 active players. Also I believe you logged in before we updated the spawn. You should also check that you are giving it more than 1GB as that helps. I have gotten this pack to run on my laptop not made for gaming at 20 fps so idk what your problem is.

If you READ THE COIN it says don't use until you're ready. It says this becaus need better digitools to mine faste
In the next update you should add something that can change the digimon names into their original japanese names:3
Do you mean in the Katakana or Hiragana, the actual letters themselves or do you just mean the subbed names such as Tailmon instead of Gatomon? There is a few problems with this.
1. Some Digimon do have their subbed names, Chucuidarumon instead of MudFrigimon, it sounds better, and Panjyamon instead of IceLeomon, again sounds better (imo).
2. It would require either a separate language file that can be swapped out, or to use one of the other language files out there. This would just cause problems either way, There might be a solution somewhere, for instance there's the UK and the US version of English, I myself am from the UK so I want my spellings and the dub versions
I guess the best solution would be to have a langauge file that could be swapped out manually by the player. Possibly 3 of them, 1 with all dub names, 1 with all sub names, and 1 for the default included in the mod that is the ones selected by Cyan mostly dub some sub.
