Previous Mods: None unfortunatly. I've done some for other peoples mods before though and made a texture pack during 1.4 that I never updated.
Extra Noted: I'd be a fairly good addition seeing as I played it for about 5-6 years. Quit a year ago so my memory might be a bit outdated. Good game but I got bored.

what skills do you have or something that you can code
Alright, I've done quite a lot today so instead of uploading all the images, I'm going to upload them as a .zip onto Mediafire since you can't upload folders.
Also, there is a "Magic" Folder, just incase we do add it at some point I've started making some runes and staffs, and a RuneCrafting GUI.
What I've done:
Bronze Longsword, Pick, Axe and Battleaxe
Steel Longsword, Pick, Axe and Warhammer (Steel Bolts aswell.)
Mithril Longsword, Pick, Axe and Mace (Might Change to Scimmy instead.)
Rune Longsword, Pick, Axe and Crossbow (Diamond Tipped Rune Bolts aswell.)
Water, Fire, Earth and Air staves. (Plus a regular Stave.)
Most of the Runes.
Alright, what I've decided to try and do over the next few days is the following
-Armour for Bronze, Steel, Mithril, Rune and Dragon.
-Ores and whatnot.
-Items for the Raw and smelted materials
-Finish Runes and stuff, and make a way to craft Talismans. Possibly Altar Blocks.
-Start on Some cooler stuff, like Chaotic and GodSwords! :3
If you have any objection Meteora, like if you don't want something I've listed done, just tell me.
(Also, I'll try and get some Runescape Tracks, see if we cant try and make some recordss in the mod as well eh?)

Hey guys would love to see an extensive runescape mod as close as possible to the original.
Heres some of my suggestions
-adding prayers
- bosses, for example like gwds it would be like a stronghold one per map and the bosses and npc would spawn in there to make it fun
-add skills add an extensive damage system
(dont bother adding dungeoneering for obvious reasons)
*also you guys should first focus on adding bronze-dragon then adding other items with specs
