I think you should have different races. Humans, Sayian, Namek and maybe Buu (if that's even a race). I don't know if you really need classes, though. Unless it would be something like pure melee, pure ki-attacks and a mixed class.
I'm happy to see someone actually making a DBZ mod, though! I've wanted one since I heard about Minecraft mods. Though, I'm not too sure about adding the characters into the mods, at least not as regular mobs that can spawn a dozen of.
I think you should add some of the monsters as mobs, maybe have hostile humans with guns (and passive humans in cities, if you could figure out a way to make decent cities). It's just in the show they only really fight a few people at a time, ya know? Makes it a little different with a game like Minecraft where there's tonnes of enemies and a battle is over pretty quick. Maybe you could come up with a story to attach to the mod and add in some sort of invasion force to battle against.
a wish could be 1 diamond block, 3 gold blocks and 5 iron blocks, another wish could be 50 exp levels, and maybe another wish could be full diamond armor, and my last idea is a wish that gives you some of the really cool armor and stuff in the pictures

first two wishes are basicly overkill. The diamond armor stuff is in and if i figure it out you will be able to swap a blood sword with the Janemba Sword. I should take a pic of the wish gui.

This looks like a mod tha has a lot of potential. There should be a wish to become a saiyan and when you level up you "power level" should increase allowing you to be able to use more Ki Blasts. If your a saiyan (after your wish) your hair could turn black and when you get to a high enough minecraft level you would turn into a super saiyan and your hair would turn blonde. Something like Level 15 - super saiyan 1, Level 25 - super saiyan 2, level 40 - super saiyan 3, level 60 - super saiyan 4, level 100 - super saiyan 5 and etc. as far as you see fit. I wish I could make a mod like this but i don't realy know anything about java and modding. I sure have plenty of ideas though
