Mod started as a plugin request on bukkit forums back in January 2011 with requesting additional custom blocks in multiplayer. When no one took the time to take up the project, I decided to do some research and started to code the mod myself. A long time has passed since then and a lot of new things have came up with that, new methods and innovations have been implemented in the game with the help of this expansion, introducing new equipment slots, tools, weapons, armor sets and variouse constructive and decorative blocks. For more detailed list of changes read Epansion Features. Realms of Argoth will be the biggest mod ever made for Minecraft, since it will change many aspects and features of the game, including a total redesign and uplift for the general graphical user interface of the game, including some new aspects, that can't be implemented otherwise in the game such as additional inventory space, larger chests and custom containers. Mod will feature some basic additional mobs, that will roam the lands in daytime and in night and some of them might get hostile at night, so be careful when you think of attacking some of them, because they might call up backup and be very hostile. There will be tons of new armor and weapons to equip as well as numerous new items to craft, smelt and use while roaming the land of Argoth.

Good luck, my friend. The mod looks like Roblox, but 10x better.
I've actually played Roblox a long, long time ago, Minecraft is definitely a lot more fun to play than that piece of c*ap. As stated above, trying to make this mod, so that it will be available on SMP (Exclusive for Bukkit only servers), because that would open up more options for people like me, to create RPG maps on the server, dungeons, tombs, quest maps etc, where players will get the chance of earning some unique stuff in game, that will be worth the risk.
Nice ! It looks really good. It's a good alternative to FancyPack. I look forward to the day that it works for ItemCraft. That is when I will use it ! (I only do SMP)
Same goes here, I played only two days in single player mode, right after that went straight to multiplayer with hey0's multiplayer mods played with my friends and so it began up until now. A fan of Minecraft since mid January :smile.gif:
I like the large door idea and wooden paneling, where I currently have planned to add 4 metalic, 4 wood, 1 glass, 1 bookshelf doors in default door size.
I could mess around with the shape of the doors and make them larger in Vertical axis, but not horizontal, because minecraft deals very strangely with shapes larger than 1 block in horizontal. Possible probobly would be of making a 1 block in width and 3 blocks in height door (Square top - I haven't seen mods, that add radius to the game, so no circled doors :sad.gif: )
Speaking about Fences, I have in mind a slightly different fence from what currently is in the game, something like this , and I think it will probably 1.5 in height - will be perfect for dungeons as the fence will look very like steel bars.
Slate Roofs + Slate Block - Doable!
Truss? Like this ? I have yet to learn how to shape a rendered rectangle in an angle (I know that Levers and Torches uses angles, but have to figure out the formula to make the angles)
"stained glass like in the fancy pack, so i don't need 2 mods" won't be in the mod, but a much more dungeon and architectonic themed version of it, which will include some common tints for windows and metal/wood frame variations for that matter
yes, meant the medival themed blocks with "truss" google just gave no realy good translation for this :smile.gif:
i just thought about a hard implementation of these blocks, caus taking everytime the dyed wool for this is not the best solution, everyone that doesnt have the same tp will think "o.m.g. ... what is this" :biggrin.gif:
nice texturesites bzw :smile.gif:
with the large doors i didnt thought that much about mc, but you are right, it would need a complete new implementation of door behavior for a 2-block wide door
