Hello, sorry if this is not a valid thread, but I have been looking for a mod that allows you to use white blocks and place them and paint them, and a certain block makes you convert them into 3D model inventory item and you can use it to your weapons, tools and armors. Ive been searching for it for long, but I still have trouble recalling its name, it may be "?????'s Forge(?) mod". If anyone knows anything about it, let me know. thanks.
The first one sounds like a canvas block you can paint on or blocks you can paint on and you'd be using white wool as a base. My guess would be something like Open Blocks, or mods that add tons of blocks with different shades of colours. I jump between versions often as I spotlight mods so I had to look around a bit for this one as I don't cover many of these.
The second I'm not too sure what you mean. Is it a block that makes you convert them into a 3D model... The closest I can think of that you mean is like a 3D display in a tooltip (which wasn't for 1.9 I think) or 3D items so that items aren't flat looking, like saplings you see spin around instead of being 2D and always facing you once they fell from a tree.
Other than that a mod that adds a Bookshelf, Armour Stand or Tool Rack type of blocks so you aren't putting your tools/weapons/armour in chests, on display and are easy to access, BilbioCraft exists for 1.12.2 but other mods that add only an Armour Stand or Tool Racks I think do exist so you don't get the mod for few features your really after, can't think of the Tool Rack one but Armour Stand ones I think are easy to find, that or use the game's already included Armour Stand made with Sticks and a Smooth Stone slab https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Armor_Stand.
One mod, you place those white blocks in the world, in a set (number of blocks)x(nob)x(nob)(Ex. 20x10x20) grid as your canvas, which shows as a line as how you would see a chunk boundary but in white, and you use a paint tool, and that colors the entire block, and you do the work, once done, theres one certain block, which acts like a console, that allows you to turn it into a 3d item in your hand, all that blocks placed and colored in that entire grid, and you can "retexture" your current items such as your sword into that item, and you can press F5 and look at the 3D item you have just created. All cosmetics, and as the last time i played, it can be only performed in creative mode. Oh and as far as I remember, you can turn that model into a block as well.
thanks for the attempted help too, it should help me find the mod with more keywords.

Hmm looks like I'll need to be more specific.

After extensive search, I have found it.
It is called Armourer's Workshop
Thanks for the links for a newfound mod that i will use, and the attempted help
